About
Winandy Greenhouse Co Inc handles solar work out of Richmond, TX. The company focuses on the design, manufacture and installation of greenhouses, working from concept specs or retrofit needs on projects of any scale. Reviews point to repeated problems with fan orders and similar equipment requests that drag on for weeks. One customer waited over 45 days on a large order and dealt with staff who pushed back on needed specs without understanding the farm context. Alisha and Hank drew specific complaints for slow replies and arguments during those exchanges. Other feedback calls out rude phone handling and low quality on the products themselves, though one person noted the crew came across as helpful during a simple pickup.
Work happens through their Richmond location with calls going to the listed number. Customers describe delays in getting answers on technical details and follow up, along with friction when trying to match exact models to real use conditions. Service covers the types of greenhouse builds and retrofits listed on their materials, but the pattern in feedback shows communication and product performance as the main sticking points.
The Google rating sits at 2.3. Review topics center on customer service shortfalls, arguments over specifications, and product reliability, with occasional notes of decent interaction during basic visits.

What Customers Say
“I never write reviews but need to warn others about Winandy's terrible customer service. We have been trying to order >$15K in fans for our farm for over 45 days are were stuck working with an administrative assistant who knows nothing about the product they sell and an engineer who can't be bothered to listen to customer needs. Their team, specifically Alisha and Hank, were argumentative and rarely responded to emails or call in a timely manner. We specified the exact model and type of fans needed, and this team insisted on arguing about specifications without have any knowledge of the context within which we are using the fans. Avoid this company.”
