Casa Roofing, LLC

Casa Roofing, LLC handles roofing work from their base in Schertz, Texas. They focus on residential projects such as roof repairs, replacements, leak fixes, storm damage response, and new construction roofs. Ty and Brent manage the company while crews led by people like Manuel carry out the jobs. The business also installs and replaces gutters and offers inspections to spot issues early for homeowners across Bexar County.

Customers often call them for quick roof replacements that finish in a day or two, leak repairs that another outfit said needed full replacement, and metal or shingle work on multiple homes. Reviews mention cases where they showed up the next day to trace a leak, fixed an installation problem at no charge, and completed jobs on schedule with crews that cleaned up thoroughly afterward. One review noted a five-year workmanship warranty on a full re-roof, while others described honest estimates that gave clear repair versus replace options.

They respond fast to calls and emails, send crews when promised, and keep homeowners updated through the whole process. Pricing comes in lower than most competitors according to several accounts, and they work with insurance companies on claims. Service covers the greater San Antonio area with availability for emergency calls, and owners like Ty stay involved from estimate through final details.

The company holds a 4.7 Google rating alongside many five-star reviews that highlight reliable scheduling, solid finish quality, and crews that treat the property with care. Common points include prompt answers to questions, clean job sites, and follow-through on details without pushing unnecessary work.

“Casa did a great job! They replaced my roof in 1 day at a great price.”

“It's always refreshing to do business with a company that values customer satisfaction and integrity. Casa Roofing, LLC seems to embody these qualities, swiftly addressing issues and standing by their work. I recently discovered a leak in my roof, and they came out the NEXT day to evaluate the problem. When they discovered that the leak was due to an installation issue, they fixed it at no cost to me. Casa Roofing is a reliable choice for anyone seeking a trustworthy company to handle their roofing needs.”

“As a general contractor, Casa Roofing has completed several homes for me, from metal standing seam, to composition shingles. Their pricing is better than most other roofing contractors, and the finish quality is outstanding. Casa's management and outside sales personnel are professional and experienced in the industry. Additionally, they make sure that jobs are completed on schedule, and they are quick to respond to any questions or issues that may arise. I highly recommend Casa Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing contractor to complete your next project.”

“We had a very easy pleasant experience working with Ty and Casa Roofing. He gave us an honest estimate with options on repairing or replacing our roof. We chose to replair it and when the time comes will definitely use Casa to replace it. It was wonderful knowing they are honest and they did a great job repairing our roof when another roofing company told us it could not be repaired but would have to be replaced. I highly recommend Casa!”

“We had Casa Roofing re-roof our home and could not be happier. All the employees of this establishment were courteous, efficient and always showed up when scheduled. The main job was finished in two days with just a few details to wrap up on a partial third day. Working with Ty (one of the co-owners) through this entire process made it stress free for us. Every detail was explained so we always knew what to expect. Our emails and phone calls were always answered or returned promptly. The main roofer, Manuel, is very knowledgeable and works well with his crew. The finished product is what we expected and hoped for and comes with a five year workmanship warranty. If you are in need of a new roof or roof repair, Casa Roofing is a company you should consider.”

“For 12 years we have called Ty Egbert for minor roofing issues and he has always impressed us with his honesty, ethics and skills. So, we were happy to hire Casa to re-roof our home. Ty and his company/crew were excellent...easy to reach, always followed through and his crew of 8 got it done quickly and with minimal disruption of our lives, and thorough clean up afterwards. Very pleasant professional experience for such a major household repair.”

“Honesty and integrity is what they claim but my experience with them couldn't be farther from that. I found out they were sending a crew to start shingling my house just hours before storms were expected. I told them to stop the crew because I only wanted them to start shingling if they could finish before the storms. I asked the receptionist to have the supervisor call me back and they never did. Next attempt to shingle they were supposed to send a crew out on Saturday with specific instructions to finish the roof no later than Sunday before storms rolled in Monday. On Saturday one single worker showed up and shingled about 10% of the roof and nobody showed up at all Sunday. They then continued to shingle over wet felt which voids the shingle manufacturers warranty. The felt was also about 1 month old at this point and was cracking and curling at the edges, but was not replaced. Surprised to see so many good reviews for this company, I have no confidence in my brand new roof nor do I have a valid manufacturers warranty on the shingles. Not acceptable for how much money this cost. I would love to speak to an owner to get an explanation for this.”

“We were incredibly pleased with our reroof from CASA. Our salesman, Keaton, made the process so easy from the estimate, dealing with our insurance company, and making sure were very satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend using CASA Roofing.”

“Top notch quality and service! I will use Casa Roofing for all my roofing needs from shingles to metal roofs. Brent and Ty are very responsive to calls and questions and make the roofing process very smooth. Chad Gold Texan Homes Owner”

“Ty went above and beyond in helping us. We had a leak no one could find, and he crawled all over our hot, cramped attic looking for it. Casa was the 3rd company that tried to find it. He even suggested some issues with our plumbing we needed to have looked at. Eventually, we narrowed it down to a few things and Casa fixed a couple issues we had in a timely fashion. I was very happy with the experience.”
