“Rankin recently installed a new roof and gutters on our home, and my wife and I are delighted with the results. They were efficient, professional and maintained open lines of communication at all junctures. The job supervisor was absolutely the best and was on top of the project and accessible at all times. His follow up was incredible. This company spells quality, service and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Recently I had the good fortune to have a new roof installed by Rankin Roofing . People , these guys are the real deal ! Friendly and down to earth , yet very professional . They excel in communication - I knew what was going to happen every step of the way ! D.J.Hall did the initial inspection , and sat down with us to explain everything about the process in a way that was clear and concise . He stayed in communication with us thru the whole process . The crew was very polite , and the production manager ( hope I got the title right )! Kaylom Campbell was a jewel ! Very attentive to every detail , and considerate . They were done in a day , and cleaned everything up . I cannot recommend them highly enough !”

“We were on a major time crunch (insurance issues) to get our roof completed and then mother nature came into play to add more obstacles but Kaylom and his team made a promise to get our roof done by the deadline and they delivered. A special shout out to Scott and Lorenzo for going above and beyond on a COLD Saturday to finish up all the special touches to transform our old roof into a new modern day energy efficient roof that also looks great. “We highly recommend Rankin Roofing. From the very beginning of our contact with Kaylom, the Rankin Team has given top notch customer service, and installed a beautiful roof at a reasonable price. The team has gone above and beyond to give us a roof we can be proud of.”

“Rankin Roofing & Solar and their staff are amazing. Other than initiating the original claim with my insurance company, I had little involvement with the claims process. Rankin worked very closely with my insurance company to provide detailed information which resulted in appropriate coverage for my roof replacement. Due to a family emergency, I had to postpone the roof replacement several months. Not only was the company flexible, but each member of the team showed true concern for my family, checking in on us several times. When it came to the day of replacing the roof, they were on time, worked efficiently and did a great job of not only replacing my roof but with cleaning up after the work was completed. They came out immediately to go through the yard again to pick up any remaining nails, they purchased and install all new garden lamps (6 lamps), even though only one was damaged. “Rankin Roofing went above and beyond for us. They were instrumental in getting our roof approved after insurance denied the claim, especially DJ. They were very thorough through the whole process, they communicated well and did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone.”

“This roofing company was exceptional. They valued us as a customer and really added that personal connection to their service. We had significant hail damage and walked us through the entire process. Final results are beyond our expectations. Owner even came out personally, to walk the final inspection. He wanted to ensure his team was meticulous in their final product. Hopefully we don’t have to be repeat customers but if ever in need, we would not hesitate to reach out to this roofing company again.”
