“We are over the moon happy with the outstanding work Jonathan and his team did with the solar system on our home. He went over and above and truly saved us a LOT of grief. Our system had been installed by the previous owners of our home by a company that is no longer in business and we had several major issues preventing it from operating efficiently. He resolved every single one of them (and there were many) and got our system up and running. Just when he thought his work was done, he identified a problem with the inverter and took the initiative to call the manufacturer to have one sent to us because it was under warranty. When it arrived, he came back to install it and made sure everything was back up and running as expected. Jonathan's communication was amazing, he explained and showed me everything, and went out of his way to make sure things were done right. Not to mention, our location was not convenient for him at all. He drove almost 2 hours (in one direction) to take care of us and he never made it an issue. “A house that was built in the mid 1920’s can be a real challenge when installing and upgrading to modern electrical and energy efficient systems that are safe and affordable. Jonathan analyzed the systems I had in my house, explained what needed to be done, and developed a plan for doing it.I appreciated that he and his team were very professional and efficient in the installation of a new electrical panel, grounding rods, and outside conduit. He handled all the permitting and details needed for the project and took the time to do excellent work that met all safely standards and worked well with our local building inspections department. He made sure that I had electricity and heat as quickly as possible which really means a great deal to an older person with mobility issues.
