“We've had our solar system for about ten years, and unfortunately, the original installer went out of business and took the monitoring equipment they were supposed to leave with us. We contacted numerous solar companies in the area looking for help, but most stopped responding as soon as they learned we didn't have a monitoring system installed. Thankfully, we found Detail Solar, and the experience has been completely different! They sent out an excellent technician who was knowledgeable, professional, and persistent. He came out multiple times to get our system back up and running, refusing to give up until he identified the underlying problem. It turned out to be an unexpected issue with overheating breakers causing fuses to blow. Thanks to Detail Solar, our system is now operating again, and we finally have a monitoring system installed so we can keep track of its performance. We're also looking forward to working with them on additional improvements in the future. They did not install my Enphase panels 36 of them but one of my inverters went bad Whey took care of my new inverter being ordered from Enphase then Jonathan came out and installed it. They were very thorough in analyzing options for expansion at a reasonable price and recommended used panels with micro inverters so I didn’t need to upgrade my existing inverter. “Detail Solar recently installed solar panels, an inverter and 2 batteries at my house. They did an amazing job. This is not one of those big companies that knock on your door. This is a small, local company that installs solar in the upstate. They really care about bringing solar to people in the upstate. They spend the time up front looking at your roof and where they will put panels, and use software to determine how much power you can generate, etc. Everything is clear and upfront. The install was very professional. All of the conduit, wiring, etc was done in such a way that you know they care about what they are doing. Detail Solar does a great job!”

“We were orphaned by our original installer. Our system went down and was not working. Our electric bill skyrocketed for at least four or five months. We tried so hard to get our installer to come and take care of a diagnostic and see what is wrong with it. We were under a 25 to 30 year warranty and only had our system for four years. I called Detail Solar and they came to the rescue. They are awesome people and have experience with all types of solar systems. Jonathan found that my inverter was bad and that my Wi-Fi was only a 3G set up to towers. They took us under their wings and became our installer. They had our system up and running in a very quick time. The only cost to us was the diagnostic and getting a new updated Wi-Fi system where we can monitor our system through the phone application. Kim Shaw and Jonathan are the best. Jonathan Let me know exactly what was going on at all times. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he’s doing. Our installer bailed out of SC and ghosted us and we were unable to find anyone willing or able to help us. I found Detail Solar and they were able to quickly find the issues and notified us that our system was not up to code and was actually a fire hazard. They were very communicative and polite l, and did the work they said they would do when they said they would do it. “They were great! I had a problem with my solar system put in by veterans Solar. I heard that they sold out too another Sonny solar. I tried and tried to get in touch with them weekly for six months and then whenever I thought about it after that. I got in touch with Detail Solar through Angi. And within 24 hours I had a call indicating That they Were able to get in touch with the solar company and Reprogrammed the inverter online to solve my problem.
