“I needed to replace a roof on one of my listings and solar panels needed to be removed and reinstalled. After extensive research I chose Service Solar LLC. Connor scheduled everything that was needed and saw to it that the job was completed in a very timely manner. I was given a very fair price and the job was done very professionally including the reinstallation and clean up. The service I received resulted in total satisfaction. I highly recommend Service Solar, and thank Connor for the professional service that I received.”

“Service Solar LLC is honestly the BEST solar company I’ve ever hired since I had my system installed. They are honest, intelligent, trustworthy, reliable and responsive. A solar company with smarts and integrity!!! I wish I had found them sooner. They solved an on going issue I had in very short period of time. I worked with Connor and Matt.”

“Connor was very helpful! The original installers stopped servicing residential so we had to find someone else. Connor and his team handled everything, my equipment was still under warranty, and everything was back working in no time.”

“Connor was able to schedule the appointment quickly and my system was up and running at the conclusion of the diagnostic appointment. Patrick was great”

“Working with them was so easy and efficient. I had a problem connecting my gateway which caused my system to shut down. I contacted 3 other companies, 1 of which kept promising me to help for 2 months and never actually came through. After contacting Connor we had an appointment set within the next week and the work was finished within the next. No problems even though I wasn’t even home at the time. I will use them again if I ever have any other solar needs.”

“Connor and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They took the time to explain things and to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that need help with solar issues!”

“These folks removed and reinstalled my solar panels to facilitate a new roof installation. The 3-man crew they sent to R&R were absolutely amazing. Super professional, knowledgeable, and polite. It's hard to see in these photos, but they also installed the critter guard I purchased. In today's world of solar scams, it's nice to have found a company who is honest and reputable. I did a site transition to them so now they monitor and service my solar system. I hope I won't need them, but if I do I know they'll be there for me. Thank you, Connor and three guys that did all the onsite work. I strongly recommend Service Solar.”

“Great service, Connor and his team were responsive and diligent. Would highly recommend for SolarEdge systems.”

“Service Solar removed and then reinstalled our solar panels so we could get a new roof. They were very hard working and knowledgeable.”

“I was very satisfied with the work that was completed on my solar panels’ Very professional and highly recommended this company’”

“The team at Service Solar was very professional, responsive and reliable at getting our solar system back to operating 100% correctly. We had sold my mother-in-laws house that had a roof mounted SolarEdge system. We had assured the buyer that we would address any of the existing issues with the solar system. They were able to step in and address the issues after several failed attempts with another solar company. They also managed to cleanup several issues that were present since the initial installation years ago by yet another solar company. I would highly recommend them.”

“When our solar panels stopped working, I called my original company. They couldn’t do anything, and I didn’t know what else to do. I found a few local companies, but Connor from Service Solar was the only one to call me back! He explained the whole process of how to help me with my solar panels. Quick and easy! Once I figured everything out on my end, they came to help. Within a few hours, my solar panels were working again!! Great customer service, very reliable/responsible/easy to work with. 11/10”

“Finding a trustworthy team to remove and replace solar panels is a challenge. Solar Service exceeded our expectations during our re-roofing job. Meticulously measured and marked, panels were handled with care and restored to their proper position. Service was professional, flawless, and very competitively priced. A great team.”

“Service Solar LLc was an absolute pleasure to work with. Connor was very communicative, patient, informative, fair and professional. From the moment I contacted him in a panic, his level of service fully eased my mind. I’d highly recommend this company.”

“When my solar panels inverter went out, Service Solar quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered a replacement, and - best of all - confirmed it was still under warranty. The Technician returned promptly and installed the new inverter with precision and expertise and did not leave until confirming the solar panels were back online. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend Service Solar for anyone needing reliable, honest solar support.”

“I had ACCIDENTALLY sent this company a terrible review. Former MOSAIC changed names to SERVICE SOLAR and Service Solar LLC of Greenville is NOT the same company. I had an absolutely wonderful conversation with Connor Genazzi the owner and felt so bad as he has worked hard to build his business with hard work, honesty and integrity. I apologize profusely for the mix up. Good luck to you!!”

“I had a roof leak that the roofing company couldn’t fix because it required removing the solar panels. They recommended reaching out to Connor at Service Solar. Connor and his team were fantastic—they came out the same week, removed the panels, repaired the leak, and then resealed and reinstalled the panels. The service was outstanding, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!”

“Service Solar was prompt, communicated with my roofer on my behalf to schedule the remove and replace, and the work done was excellent. Connor and his crew were great to work with!”

“Connor was extremely kind and helpful as my husband and I navigated the detach and reinstall of our panels! Connor was very quick to respond to my questions and was able to complete the project in an extremely efficient timeline! Thanks so much Service Solar!”
