“AMAZING SERVICE!!! Our system had suddenly quit producing, so we contacted our original company (who has since changed names), and we were told the service department would call us back to schedule a service appointment. After several days without a call back, called back and were told that it would take 5-7 days for them to call. Finding this unacceptable, began researching other solar providers in the area, and liked what we found about Boss Energy. “Working with Alexandria has been extremely frustrating. I was very impressed with the salesman who communicated well and stated it would be done in a few days. We are going on a few weeks now with poor communication and not getting the job done. The day they were supposed to get the job done, they realized they didn’t have the needed clips to install, they ordered the material but unfortunately didn’t order enough and did not overnight the material. The following week when the material was here they realized they didn’t order enough so they ordered more, further delaying the project. When material came in, the crew arrived at the house late and could not finish that day. I tried to call Alexandria many different times on different days to coordinate scheduling and she did not pick up for several days despite apparently working those days. I called the office and they always picked up but could not deal with scheduling issues.
