“A Horrific experience. This journey will come to an end soon since my warranty will expire. Below are some suggestions before you decide on going solar and using SER as your install company. Before you sign a contract-- Realize the following. - You need to research the install companies. SC has a list of approved companies. SER wasn't on the list. - Your install company will be like your power company at times. The difference is-- they don't always answer. - You need to be skilled in learning complicated steps and following directions over the phone to try to get yourself back online. - Get at least 3 estimates and compare what they estimate your energy production will be. Beware of scammers. - If possible, reserve your last payment until your production comes close to their estimate. - Try to hire a company that has an electrician on staff. - Read the fine print and be certain you are getting what you are expecting. With SER, I had 83 panels installed and have spent more than $100,000. My system has never generated what I was told in the beginning by Charles (Chuck) of SER. In fact, I had a drone pilot fly his drone over my home at different times of the day and I had too many”
