Carbon Recall Tupelo

Carbon Recall Tupelo handles solar work in the Sumter area with panels, power systems, battery setups, and full installations for both homes and businesses. The operation is family run with Don leading jobs alongside his sons Wyatt and Nathan. They cover services from initial planning through to system activation and offer financing options along with a local contact point at 2420 Cochran Road reachable at 662.260.5097. Customers reach them for projects that range from basic panel additions to complete off-grid conversions that cut reliance on utility lines.

Reviewers describe jobs that include an earlier system put in during 2015 followed by a later battery upgrade that kept everything running smoothly. One customer in Lafayette County noted the setup allowed full independence from the grid while another at a Pickwick cabin saw grid energy needs drop by sixty percent with plans to go fully optional soon. Installations often happened in stages with crews handling most of the work even when the homeowner was away, and maintenance stayed limited to occasional software updates from the inverter maker.

They respond promptly when issues come up and keep communication clear from the first meeting through final walkthrough. Pricing comes with package details that show exactly what is included for each home or business project. Service stays focused on the local region with crews that stay polite and careful around property during the work. Business hours and quotes are handled directly through their office line.

“Carbon Recall of Tupelo is a quality company. They installed my earlier system in 2015 and new updated battery system a few years back. I have been pleased with their professionalism and response time when I need something done. I am off the grid in Lafayette County. RD”

“I’ve wanted to put solar panels on my cabin at Pickwick for a long time, but couldn’t find a company I felt good about until now. Don did a great job determining the right solar package for me, his installation crew was professional, polite and respectful of my home and property as 90% of the install was done while I wasn’t even home. His sons Wyatt and Nathan were also great to deal with, answering all my questions patiently. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this family run business, if you’re considering solar, you won’t be disappointed with Carbon Recall Tupelo. Thank you!”

“Outstanding is the best way to describe these folks. My system has been in for 11 months and has dramatically reduced my electric bill. The only "system maintenance" has been software upgrades by the manufacturer of the inverter. Professional and very competent. Don and sons were a pleasure to work with.”
