“They store their products illegally at residential homes without any security, near a children’s bus stop. I wouldn’t trust their products to be safe.”

“Our pool cracked due to improperly compacted soil beneath the pool. Uretek told us they could lift our pool back to level and stabilize it. So, we signed a contract with them in June of 2020. They were unable to lift it back to level, but promised that our pool would now be stable. We spent over $100,000 repairing our pool and the surrounding concrete thinking that we had a permanent fix. In just over a year, on July 15, 2021 we discovered that the pool had sunk again, and the surrounding concrete decking was separating and cracking. Uretek, after some prodding, came back out and placed even more product under the pool. On January 24, 2022 our pool cracked AGAIN. (See attached photos of ONE of the larger cracks in our pool). I contacted Uretek. This time they said they have a one-year warranty and would not return to address my pool cracking. So, now I have invested well over $100,000 in this process and have to start over. I obviously would not recommend that anyone use this company. They were unable to do exactly what they said the could do - stabilize the soil beneath our pool!”

“BEWARE!! I contacted IRETEK USA about coming back to my house because one of my interior walls was sagging after they did the injection. I purchased the lifetime warranty for an additional price so I would have piece of mind. The president, Mike Vinton, emailed me and said that the local Uretech company went out of business and he had nothing to do with them other than sell them product. I email him back and asked him to honor the Uretech lifetime warranty. I haven’t heard anything back from him in 2 weeks!!! I did check, and they will come out and do new work in my local area. Looks like they aren’t a reputable or honest company after all, just wanted me to pay the extra money for a useless lifetime warranty. Really disappointed in their ethics!”
