“Quality customer service and product. When I first called they were willing to give me a pall park quote over the phone and current numbers based on the style and quality we were looking for. When we were ready to move forward, Rhonda came to our house the next day, took measurements of all the rooms, and had a quote to us before lunch. Install day: 2 very nice, polite and professional gentlemen removed all old carpet from 4 bedrooms and installed new in a little less than 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even offer to help move some of the smaller furniture back into the rooms we had moved out before they arrived. Fair prices and, most importantly to me, awesome customer service! Thanks to Rhonda and your install team for a job well done! Highly recommend!”

I called to speak with the manager and he did not seem to be the least bit concerned with the lack of customer service. I cancelled our order and will be going elsewhere for any future flooring needs.”
