Five Star Flooring, Abilene TX

Five Star Flooring operates as a tile and flooring contractor out of Abilene, Texas. Eric runs the outfit as a third generation business that started before 2000. They handle tile installations in bathrooms and kitchens along with backsplashes, LVP vinyl plank, wood plank tile that mimics hardwood, and traditional hardwood flooring. The company covers jobs more than 50 miles outside Abilene.

Homeowners call them in for full house flooring replacements and bathroom remodel work that includes matching new floors to existing rooms. Eric's crew finished one entire house in three days and repaired a manufacturing defect in LVT plus a punctured tile the day after photos were sent. Manuel blended tile work across a bathroom and master bedroom without visible lines. Other jobs involved kitchen floors completed in a single day and vinyl plank laid in two bathrooms ahead of the original schedule.

They show up on time, keep the house clean during the job, and text ahead before arriving for repairs or installs. Christina handles calls and scheduling so customers get quick answers on timing and costs. The crew works around household routines, respects personal schedules, and leaves no mess at the end of each day. Service reaches past Abilene into surrounding areas with the same approach on every job.

All listed reviews give five stars and highlight fast completion, clean sites, clear communication, and solid results on LVP and tile. Reviewers note the crew treats the property like their own and returns for follow up fixes without delay.

“We had a lot of work done on our property, and out of all the contractors we worked with, Eric and his team were the most professional and honest. I can not recommend them more! We will definitely use them in the future because of their quality and communication.”

“Eric had been highly recommended to us when we built our home a little over a year ago. His employees did an excellent job with the installation. After we moved in, we had a couple of situations we needed addressed. One was actually a manufacturing defect in a strip of LVT, and another was where a tool had been stopped and punctured one of the tiles. I called Eric and explained the situation, I sent pictures of the sights to be addressed and by the end of the day, I had confirmation that it would be addressed the next day. His employee texted me before heading my direction the next day, arrived with all the items he needed to complete the repairs, cleaned up the floors before he left, and was very courteous. I definitely would choose them again!”

“We could not be happier with Eric and his crew! They recently installed vinyl plank flooring in both of our bathrooms. They finished the job sooner than we expected and the floors look amazing. They were respectful of our home, didn't leave a mess when they left for the day, were timely, professional, and friendly and did a fabulous job on the installation. Christina was also great to work with. She answered my questions and set up a time for our installation that worked with our schedule.
