The Flooring Market

The Flooring Market runs a flooring business out of Allen, Texas. They handle tile work plus carpet, hardwood, vinyl plank and laminate jobs for homes in the area. The company stays family owned and small, with staff such as Ameen, Moe, Mohammed and Hassan meeting customers for quotes and bringing samples to the house. They also manage removal of old floors, subfloor repairs and new installations across kitchens, laundry rooms, living areas, stairs and sun rooms.

Homeowners describe tile replacements in kitchens and laundry rooms where crews removed old material, leveled the ground and laid fresh tile while covering cabinets and entries to control dust. Other jobs include matching new hardwood to existing floors in bedrooms and hallways, installing vinyl plank throughout main living spaces, adding carpet in large square footage areas and refinishing or extending hardwood. Installers named Jorge, Abraham, Omar and Ibrahim completed these projects, with crews handling leveling, defect replacements and final matching so the new work blends without visible seams.

They schedule measurements within a couple days of the first call and finish jobs inside the stated timeframe. Staff stay reachable by phone or text for updates on costs like extra leveling or material swaps, and they keep prices competitive against other quotes received. Crews protect furniture and floors during work, clean up at the end of each day and work across the DFW area while keeping homeowners able to move through the house.

The business holds five star marks from many customer accounts. Reviewers often note responsive sales staff, careful install teams and solid results on both simple carpet swaps and complex matching or leveling tasks.

“I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, Ameen was professional, honest, upfront with pricing, and quick to answer any questions I had. He made the whole process feel easy and never made me feel pressured. I unfortunately don’t remember the names of the two installers, but they were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard, were fast, friendly, and very efficient. What really impressed me was how much care they took with my home. They covered the clothes in my closet and took extra precautions to protect everything during the installation—things I honestly never would have thought about myself. They also explained how to properly care for my new floors and kept me updated throughout the installation, so I always knew what was going on. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. The floors came out beautiful, and I’m genuinely so happy with the final result. It was an all-around great experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. We had LVP installed and the color was Howell Mountain.”

We would definitely use them again for our next home improvement project.”

“The flooring market did a beautiful job with my tile! Abraham was great to work with and did a very thorough job explaining what was covered in the estimate and the warranty and how the job would be done. The installers showed up on time every day and were very friendly. They made sure that I was comfortable in my house while they were working on my floors. They did an excellent job with cleanup at the end of every day so I could easily maneuver around the house. I give this company a five star plus! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!”

“Mohammed was extremely helpful and the installers did a great job. The floor needed some leveling and they were upfront about the cost. Additionally some of the planks came in with a manufacturer defect so they ordered replacement ones right away and complete the project ASAP once they came in. It didn’t create much of a delay due to them making our home a priority. The price was on the lower end of what we were quoted by multiple vendors and they exceeded our expectations!”

“I had them come out and remove carpet in bedrooms and install hardwoods to match existing flooring. Crew was professional and all work competed in the timeframe outlined. You can’t tell the floors weren’t installed separately. I’d recommend their services.”

“From the moment I reached out to The Flooring Market communication was spot on. Within 2 short days I had an appointment with full measurements needed for my new flooring. I needed the old hardwood floors removed. Repairs of the sub flooring which included leveling the floor out. The job was scheduled and finished in the time it was said to be. A plethora of samples were available in all price ranges. I highly recommend The Flooring Market. I worked with Ameen, super knowledgeable about product & installation. 4 Before Photos 4 After Photos”

“We had a great experience with The Flooring Market! We primarily worked with Hassan and he did a great job answering the numerous questions we had and being patient with us as we made decisions and picked out what we wanted. We had them install Vinyl plank flooring across all of our living areas, as well as tile flooring in our sun room and laundry room. Both the vinyl plank flooring and tile crews were excellent. We also ended up having them install new tile on our fire place and they did a great job with the herringbone pattern we requested. Overall it was a very positive experience and we love our new floors. Hassan was very responsive to our calls and texts and was quick to update the quotes when we changed the scope slightly. Their prices were also very competitive compared to some other numbers we got. Highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend Ameen and his team for flooring. I replaced builder tiles in the kitchen and laundry and his team did an excellent job with covering up the entire kitchen, island, cabinets, entranxes, so the dust doesn't spread. They removed the tile, then leveling the ground and installing new tiles. They also cleaned up everything after completion. The tiles were also available from their store.”

“The Flooring Market did a great job with our hardwood and re-carpeting project. They refinished our old dark hand-scraped hardwood, extended with new hardwood into areas that had been tile and carpeting. Omar and his crew did great job. I greatly appreciated that Omar discussed any potential issues with me prior to taking action. We love the new lighter look. Moe is very professional and was always available to answer questions and worked with us on the project schedule to accommodate our vacation plans. The carpet install team also did a great job and went out of there way to avoid moving any furniture on to the new hardwood. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with The Flooring Market again.”

“The Flooring Market did an amazing job replacing the carpet in our spare bedrooms with hardwood to match what already existed in our home. The photo shows how well the rooms blend into the hallway! We are extremely impressed by how well the new floors match the house (perfectly). As new homeowners, this seemed a daunting project to undertake, but the team at the Flooring Market worked effectively, with great craftsmanship, and for a great price. Highly recommended.”

“For my recent carpet project I was looking to get ~2000 sqft of carpet installed in my home. I worked with at least 5 different companies to come give me a quote and show me samples. At the end of the day, Moe took care of my flooring needs by offering the most competitive pricing and superb communication skills. Moe was available by text or phone and responded quickly whenever I had a question. I was on a very short timeline and needed to get carpets installed within 1 week of my order - all the other companies were unsure if they could meet my require dates but Moe actually met it. I got excellent service, quality, and value by going to The Flooring Market.”

“I had a wonderful experience with The Flooring Market! We were looking to replace our carpeted stairs and upstairs hall with engineered hardwood that matched the existing downstairs - an extremely hard task given the age of the flooring and no knowledge of the manufacturer or where the previous homeowners had purchased it. I received quotes and options from 10+ companies and Ibrahem was the most responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable person! The Flooring Market’s options are extensive and they had a near perfect match to my existing floor - something other companies didn’t even come close to. Moe came out to measure the space the next day and provided a very quick quote. The quote was extremely competitive and very reasonable compared to others that I had received. Moe kept me updated throughout the process as the wood was ordered and the install was scheduled. He is extremely responsive and friendly. I really enjoyed working with him! Alex installed the floor and did a great job. He replaced a section of sub floor per my request, and also leveled out the bottom step with the molding. Ibrahem helped to insure that the stair noses were the perfect match to the rest of t”

“We worked with Ameen and his team and couldn’t have been happier. They worked with us from the get-go to make sure we got exactly what we wanted within our budget. Ameen kept us updated all along the way and his crew was extremely courteous, timely and professional. Would highly recommend working with The Flooring Market!”

“The best people to work with. Ibrahim and his crew did our entire first floor and stairs, I had a specific color wood in mind which wasn’t in store and Ibrahim went looking for it himself, few days later he came back with a bunch of samples and I ended up picking the color I love. Not only that, the stairs were solid wood so they did all they could to match the sample and it turned out phenomenal.Their work is amazing and detailed and we get compliments on our floors all the time. They’re extremely professional and just all around great people to work with. Highly recommend The Flooring Market. I can’t say enough. Thank you Ibrahim and crew!”

“Ameen and his crew were amazing! Great price, detailed job, finished faster than expected with demo of old tile and removing the carpet everywhere. Their product is great! The color was true to sample. Communication was 100%. One little hick-up with removing the construction debris on time, but Ameen was on it and it was taken away in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.”

“Wonderful experience! Great price, friendly and knowledgeable sales rep as well as installation crew. They even finished early! They cleaned up super well at end of every day which was appreciated. We will definitely use The Flooring Market again!”

“Fantastic experience & excellent customer service at Flooring Market with Mohammed. We already had 3 bids for a house in East TX so we visited Flooring Store in Allen just to look at the carpet samples. Mo asked if he could also bid. Their was was even cheaper. The install crew were great. They moved furniture and were very friendly. Upon installation, I incorrectly thought there was an issue. When I spoke with Mo, he was extremely sincere, polite, and patient. He kindly asked to take another look & he would talk with the installers. After reviewing the carpet again, there were no issues & I quickly apologized for my misunderstanding. Some stores could have gotten defensive or blamed their installers. At all times, Mo was willing to make it right and patiently waited for my 2nd check. He was great during this entire process. Highly recommend for your carpet needs. A few years ago, we had carpet installed by a local carpet place that had been in Allen for years. It was a disaster and I wish we would have found the Flooring Market earlier. Fantastic pricing & great customer service!!”

“The Flooring Market has over 250 five-star reviews—and after choosing them for our flooring needs, I completely understand why. I’m happy to add another five-star review to their list! From the initial estimate to the final installation, the entire process was fast, professional, and efficient. I called on a Tuesday morning, and they were out that evening to provide a quote. Demo began two days later on Thursday, and by Saturday, we had a beautiful new floor! The crew took great care with every single detail. The installation was truly top-tier. I’m beyond happy with the results and so grateful I found this company. If you’re looking for an honest, experienced, and professional flooring installer—look no further!”
