The rest of the house has hardwood floors that needed to be sanding and finished. Everything came out so beautifully. “Beware. I am an Interior Designer and hired this company to demo hardwood floors, install new floors, sand, stain and finish. I am very detail oriented and asked that the flooring guys tape off my shoe mould so dark stain didn’t get on them. They failed to do this and what resulted was stain all over shoe mould and baseboards and door jambs. Huge issue. I also asked if we should remove my dishwasher and Ilve range since it was elevated on legs and they assured me that they would do it in a clean, professional way. Honestly, it looked like a five year old did it. Once painting of baseboards began, their painter was annoyed almost every day. Said he was having to fix the bad work of previous contractors. This is often the fact as painters are typically the last in. He complained that Hayden (sales person and PM) does not return to the project when there are issues. This is correct. Said other employees (Phil) did show when customers had issues. When I brought this to the attention of Dawn who I believe is the owner, she says they don’t manage the projects. Go figure. Said they have subs that they trust and don’t need to show their faces even if there are issues. This practice is comp”

Enter Brett T. - our All-Pro consultant/sales rep. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and provided ample amounts of information (NWFA docs, wood & glue manufacturer install guides, best practice docs, etc.) so that we understood the extent of the previous contractor's incompetence. As an engineer, by trade, I was greatly appreciative of that effort. The turnaround from purchase to completion of installation was super quick. Luise & his crew were amazing! They came in, demoed the incorrectly installed floor, prepped the concrete, and laid a masterpiece of a floor. All while remaining cognizant of the fact that we were living in our home during the remodel. “Hello! My wife and I are extremely picky and what I would consider well-informed buyers. We shopped around for almost 2 months before making the decision to work with All-Pro Floors in Arlington. That being said, Phil Davis and his team at All-Pro Floors blew away our expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, extremely skilled craftsmen. We are hyper sensitive to strangers coming into our home, but Phil put my mind at ease as the crew that showed for each job was very respectful of our home and possessions. I never once felt threatened that items might be missing upon on our return home. They did excellent work and when we had questions or requested items to be touched up, we never once received any pushback. They truly deliver when it comes to customer service and follow through.
