“*update: Charles sent me a message saying he didn't appreciate our review and told us he would be out to assess the issues within a week. He never came, and wouldn't respond to our emails. We had to spend additional money compiling a formal complaint letter and sending as certified mail. Note that CHnCH's listed address on Google is incorrect so we had to send a second letter with help from the Tarrant County Appraisal district which cost us even more money. After receiving the letter he finally reached back out to us. I took a day off for the corrective work. The painter that came out to fix the cabinets patched them as seen in the last three photos, and just dapped over the cracked grout instead properly cleaning out the grout and applying the proper compound. We had to take an additional day off so that the work could be done a third time. This time it looks good. Two weeks passed and I got another text saying that Charles thought we had a deal, as if they would only honor the warranty of the work they did if I removed this review. I wish that if someone before me had had a similar experience they would have left a review. We hired CH n CH for a kitchen remodel 6 months ago. My”

“I am a disabled veteran and hired CHnCH Construction to remodel my master bathroom. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After the project was completed, I contacted Charles regarding several issues that needed to be addressed. My last correspondence with him was on April 8, 2026, and I have not received a response since then. The barn door was installed without the required floor guide or track. When I raised this concern, I was advised not to slam the door and was informed that the carpet would need to be removed. This requirement was not disclosed during the initial stages of the project. Regardless, the door should have been installed with the proper track to ensure it functioned correctly. The custom vanity was installed, but the hinge later broke and remains unrepaired. In addition, the shower was not constructed properly. During normal use, water escapes from the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. I suggested adding another drain to address the issue; however, Charles stated that this would incur an additional charge. I do not believe I should incur additional costs to correct an issue resulting from the original installation. I expected quality workman”

“Update 4/26/24: After much back and forth about the low water pressure with my new faucet, it was determined that it was a bad faucet. It is no fault to anyone but when he now wanted to charge an additional $120 for installation of a hopefully working faucet I was not feeling that. While I don't blame them for a bad faucet, that they had asked us to supply, I do think that is a bit excessive. So I reached out to a plumber and they came out at half the cost. Much to my surprise the first thing this master plumber stated was that the plumbing that the company had changed was not up to code and the cheap plastic material vs sturdy PVC material would deteriorate quickly. He also noticed the 3/8" caps that were placed on the shutoff valves, most likely because they were leaking and they didn't want to address it. The hole to the back of the cabinet was left uncovered inviting bugs to enter easily. The 1 yr warranty by the company is something I hope I don't need ever again. The owner will push back on everything and insist he is not responsible. However, all the issues we encountered were his responsibility. So I'm changing my rating until they come and fix it. But the disrespectful ton”

“From beginning to end, my experience was beyond what I expected. Fired a contractor that barely showed up to my home for nearly a year. Hired this company and for one month non stop except for four bad weather days and Sundays, crew was at my home putting in 8 plus hours. Started 2/1 finished 3/4. I walk through my home everyday and truly amazed at the master piece they created. Everyday I would come in to check on progress, evertime they were working. I watched the young ladies with a small paint brush making sure to get the little space between shower tile and wall. I told my son's this company treats my home like it's theirs. Charles and his staff were prompt in their timelines and the quality of work is phenomenal.
