“I'm a fist time customer of Texas Appliance, our refrigerator went out so I called to see how long it would take to get a new one delivered. The associate was so kind and understanding not to mention very professional and knowledgeable. Within about 5 minutes on the phone with her we were able to purchase and set up delivery for tomorrow. She even asked if we were going to be able to make it until tomorrow, she offered to see if she could possibly get it delivered today. I'm so glad I called Texas Appliance instead of ordering from a big distributor and waiting 10 days and even up to a month for delivery. I highly recommend this company!”

“Never been. Needed a washer and dryer full size. Hadnt had one in 6 years. All I has was AI help me research my purchase. Not sure how good the website is as I was just about done with shopping and computers. So I did not come totally unprepared but just about ready not to buy anything I was happy a human being salesman assisted me. They do deliever and install. So I am VeryThankful as I have No truck and I would certainly destroy everything if I tried to put hoses together Have to move to another apartment. “We went to Texas Appliance in Arlington for information about purchasing a combo dual oven for our home. We were fortunate to be paired with Tom Marini to answer our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances, and was able to offer pros and cons of which models would best fit our needs. The store had a huge inventory of appliances we could actually see. Tom set us up with someone to measure the area in our kitchen- it was so easy. Though we are definitely going to purchase an appliance from their store, I felt no pressure to do so. It was a very good experience. They are a great company to work with.”

“In the past Ibhave used the big box store but for this purchase I really needed something I could get same day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and I explained what I was looking for along with wanting it the same day. I was guided to the appliances and looked around while they pulled a list of items available same day. Based on the list we went over the options I wanted and quickly narrowed it down. I was able to purchase my appliance and take it with me and even given the option of bringing the old one back for disposal. This experience beats the big box stores where you have to find someone who is willing to assist you and then you have to hope what you want is available soon enough.”

“The whole experience from walking in the store up to the delivery day, was great. The sales representative Edward greeted me at the door and assisted me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The delivery guy Sean and his coworker (not sure name, sorry) great guys, they were very efficient in hauling my washer and dryer up stairs to my apartment, hooking up the dryer and hauling away an old set. I know where to go whenever I need to purchase any appliances. 😀”

“We needed an over-the-range microwave, and realized that not many appliance locations carried those, and if so, did not have a selection worth the mention. That brought us to Texas Appliance based on positive internet reviews with regards to choices and prices. I will be honest when I say that as soon as my wife and I entered the place, it's bigness took our breath away. There seemed to be miles of appliances, beds and mattresses. What impressed us even more were some of the appliances, especially unique ranges and ovens, that you don’t get to see elsewhere. From that standpoint, we were a bit disappointed that their collection of over-the-range microwave wasn't as rich. Yet, it was enough for us. Ivan introduced us to those, and we chose one to our liking, including price-wise. The microwave was ordered, it arrived on time, and an installer was in our kitchen soon after, who installed the microwave quite expertly. Very satisfied.”

“Needed to replace our washer ASAP. Called several places and they were either way to expensive or product not available anywhere from two days to a week or more. Reached out to TA and immediately found a very nice machine at a reasonable price. It was a little more than we were looking to pay but after speaking with Edward we decided the price was good for the product we would get. And just as importantly I was able to pick it up the same day. AND....their salvage area allowed me to dispose of the old washer free of charge. We will be looking to replace our dryer soon. “Each visit I've always had sales staff that really knew the products they were selling, even knew answers to questions that places like Ferguson Homes or Home Depot couldn't answer. Their professional installers weren't the best, my twin Freezer/Refrigerator units had drawers that weren't seated correctly, some handles and shelves installed upside down, and not levelled with each other; but they were courteous and did clean up after themselves. I recommend these guys when you're looking for answers or ideas.”
