“Me and my husband recently had our entire kitchen remodeled by Thayne Construction. They were very good at communicating and setting a timeline for the job to start and when it would be completed. There was a tiny issue they ran into when trying to remove our old kitchen sink, the handyman that installed the old one used liquid nails to under mount it to the countertop. Thayne Construction was able to get out and install our new sink and redid our entire kitchen flooring with travertine tile. Our kitchen has never looked better. I am thinking of using them to remodel our bathroom next.”

“We had a really great experience with him! The original plan was to replace the bathroom floor tile, remove old cabinets, build and install new ones. He came promptly to quote, his quote was fair, and he answered all my questions. Of course when you go about redoing builder grade stuff from 20+ years ago there are bumps along the way. For us that was a crazy wallpaper that was textured and painted over several times and uneven walls. Requiring mudding, texturing and priming, all of which he did. He was also fair with quoting for the additional fixes. And even though these clearly added additional time to the work, he was very kind throughout it all. Turns out he does all kinds of additional reno work! We will happily call him back up when we need any additional work in the future.”

“We had our bathroom remodeled with a custom tiled shower with a really nice rain shower. It was a smooth and easy process working with Thayne construction for the remodel. My wife Nicole was demanding one of those fancy Japanese toilets be installed as part of the remodel, I thought it was not worth it but she wouldn't take no for an answer. We did end up getting that fancy Japanese toilet installed as well and I hate to say it when she is right but the heated seat was a game changer, it may have saved our marriage. Now when she gets upset and in one of her moods I just take the newspaper and go sit on that Japanese toilet and enjoy the warm seat while reading the paper for an hour while she gets glad the same way she got mad, all by herself. Overall I highly recommend Thayne construction and am very pleased with the work they did.”
