Complete Clean & Floor solutions

Complete Clean & Floor solutions handles tile work from Boerne. Seve Mendoza runs the crew and they clean tile and grout along with carpets and VCT floors. Reviewers note the team also handles garage floors when called out. The company takes on both residential and commercial jobs such as full house carpet cleaning and floor restoration ahead of a sale.

Homeowners bring them in for white carpet that gets heavy use from kids and pets. Seve Mendoza has pulled dog smells and stains from rugs and left tile floors looking new right before a house went on the market. One urgent care had its VCT stripped waxed and polished during an overnight shift while the clinic stayed closed. Other calls cover entire tile floors plus a single carpet room where everything came out clean and ready for daily use.

The crew answers calls fast even with short notice and arrives on time. They walk through the steps before starting and keep prices competitive. Work stays local to Boerne and the men stay polite while they finish. Reviewers mention quick texting responses that allow earlier arrival than planned and two man teams that stay friendly throughout the job.
