“I am so pleased with the job Andy did on my carpets. Unbeknownst to me, my new rescue pup had made a mess in every room and hallway upstairs and a few downstairs, I did know about. I tried to clean them but it still looked terrible. Andy was so thorough. It’s shocking when he brings out the light that highlights all the spots you didn’t know about. Yikes! Glad I had it done. “We moved into a house and could tell the previous owners had a dog. The smell was so strong that I would wake up in the middle of the night thinking there was a dog in our room! Prestige Carpet & Floor Care came out sooner than I expected and gave us an estimate. I wanted them to clean the carpet the same day they came out to provide an estimate, which was the plan but they advised me it wouldn't be the best day to do so because it had be raining and was humid so the carpet would take longer to dry. They didn't want me to replace the dog smell with mildew smell which I totally agreed with! I'm glad they educated me and didn't take "the customer is always right" approach since they are the experts, not me. We live a little far out, so it would have been more convenient for them not to have to make the trip again but you can tell they are looking out for me and wanted me to be happy with the results. “OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! When we had our house fire, Danny came immediately and cleaned the tile floors which were black from soot and the Fire Dept extinguisher foam. That alone saved us a lot of money because it kept us from tracking it all over the house and after the repairs to the home were done he came back and cleaned it again to perfection.
