“Great quality and competitive price for a 1-day job with 2-man crew. Our project contact (Brandy) was super helpful and knowledgeable by getting us a quick and accurate job quote upfront for wood sanding, repaint and minor touchups on our front patio, entry door and kitchen countertops. Ace was able to come in way under the price of local competitors, who were asking close to $6-7k but also insisted on ripping out, reinstalling and refinishing countertops. Very pleased with Ace’s work and honest labor+materials quoting. It’s no wonder they’re among the best (Top-3 for sure) in Collin County! Any project, big or small, we know we’re in great capable hands with Ace! ⭐️ 👏 👨‍🔧”

“We had some light repairs done to get our home ready to sell. Ace sent the young man, Justin. He was punctual and detailed. Everything was fine except the caulk used in the shower was bright white where it had been brown to match the tile. I called and sent pictures to Ace. They said they agreed it didn’t look great and scheduled an appointment to correct it. Justin came out this morning and removed the white caulk and applied brown. It looks great. Highly recommend Ace and Justin. Fair price and they made sure we were totally satisfied. Can’t ask for more”

“This service is inconsistent and unreliable. I scheduled a 2-hour job and estimate for a larger, multi-day project. The handyman did not come to my residence at the agreed time. No courtesy call to advise they were running late. No call from the main office. If they can’t be bothered to show up for a 2-hour appointment, there is no way I would entrust them with a multi-day project.”

“Terrible, terrible business. Booked them for a job, they last minute re-scheduled to the following week. Scheduler and handymen do not communicate. Timing is never right. Will tell you one thing and show up 2 hours earlier off. Finally got to my home and gave me an over estimate of the work that needed to be done to get extra money. Not only that, when they looked at the job they were pushing and pulling to intentionally make the repair worse! Handyman was extremely rude and condescending. THEY WILL TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU! I asked them to leave my home and booked someone else. Also confirmed they quoted an extra 3K over the company I ended up going with. Other company did the job beautifully with none of this complication. Do not even try with this Ace.”
