“The entire team at Acue Marmonite is very helpful, always pleasant, and for the most part, easy to work with. My project did take a bit longer than expected. Some of the delay was my own fault. In the end, they delivered exactly what they promised me, and I am very happy with the result. They were also quite a bit cheaper than the local competition. I will hire them again for my 2 other bathrooms remodel, and I have recommended them to a friend who needs a kitchen remodeling.”

“I’ve completed a couple of projects with this company, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience. They are trustworthy, fair in their pricing, and do care about their clients — definitely not the kind of company that takes your money and disappears. That said, I did encounter several challenges with their subcontractors on both projects. In some cases, installations were not done correctly, or subcontractors didn’t show up as scheduled. I often had to step in and coordinate with them directly to keep things on track. My second project — a major kitchen remodel — came with additional complications. The company unfortunately experienced a robbery and lost many of their documents, which caused some delays. However, we worked through those issues together, revisiting all the materials to get the project moving again. Despite the bumps along the way, both projects were completed successfully, and I’m very pleased with the final results. Their biggest area for improvement is subcontractor management — ensuring reliability and adherence to schedules. If you ask whether I’d hire them again, the answer is yes. They’re flexible and dedicated to delivering quality work. Even though we w”

“I recently had tile installation done by this shop, and overall I’m very happy with the result. The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of the installation turned out really good. The finished work looks clean, neat, and exactly how I wanted it. The only area that could really be improved is communication and scheduling. There were a few times when updates were unclear or timelines shifted without much notice, which made planning a bit difficult. I would also strongly recommend that all terms be clearly discussed and put in writing before the project starts, so there’s no confusion later on about scope, timelines, or costs. If they improve communication and make the process clearer upfront, this would easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, I’d still recommend them if you’re looking for good-quality tile work at a fair price.”

“I recently purchased quartzite for my kitchen countertops from Acue Marmonite, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Bin at the front desk—she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and so well-spoken. It is clear that this team truly cares about their customers. The quality of the quartzite is stunning and has completely transformed my kitchen. I am already planning to shop here again for my next home! In fact, I’m so impressed that even if I don't move, I’ll find an excuse to come back and buy more tiles—they’re just that good. Highly recommended!”

“We did our kitchen countertops with Acue Marmonite and are very pleased with the work done and the quality of the workmanship, and material. From the moment we stepped in, we were handled extremely professionally by Bin. My wife is usually very picky and the fact that she decided on the spot after one discussion is a testament to Bin's friendly and customer oriented way of approaching things. If not for Bin and Charlie, I cannot say that we would have felt so comfortable doing business with a place we just walked in not knowing anything.”

“We completed a very large project with Raj and his team to replace all flooring in our home as well as replace kitchen countertops. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the work turned out great. We were especially impressed with Nerio and his team who installed our flooring. They showed up every day on time for 2 weeks and took the necessary time to ensure we had the best quality floor install and finish trim. I was hesitant at first to pay extra for removing and reinstalling the baseboards, but was glad we did in the end. Everything was done to highest standard.”
