Texas Southwest Floors, Inc.

Texas Southwest Floors, Inc. handles tile and flooring work from their base in Carrollton, Texas. They serve multifamily properties, new construction projects, and retail or commercial sites across the DFW area plus Houston, Waco, Austin, and San Antonio. The company has run under the same ownership since 1995 and supplies flooring, countertops, and cabinets to those sectors.

Customers in property management call on them for carpet replacement in apartments, full flooring swaps in occupied units, and quick turnovers ahead of move-ins. Reviewers note that installers such as Juan O. finish jobs on schedule while leaving units clean, that Marco takes charge of replacements at multiple sites without issues, and that Veronica Moran and Rani keep orders moving from start to finish. One reviewer reported damage to walls and doors plus scratched floors after a language barrier with the crew.

They keep someone on hand to answer calls, send samples fast, and lock in schedules for tight deadlines. Reviewers mention competitive pricing, steady updates from reps including Liliana and Al, and coverage that reaches San Antonio and the other listed cities. Work runs through an online portal for ordering and tracking.

The business shows a 4.8 Google rating. Reviews repeatedly credit the same reps for clear updates, fast clean installs, and reliable follow-through on apartment jobs, with one account citing poor communication and finish problems.

“I am in the property management industry, and have been using Texas Southwest for over a year now. After using another flooring vendor for several years, I made the switch back to Texas Southwest and am so glad I did! Veronica M. has been nothing short of amazing. She and the company have exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service, transparency, and quality...and of course, price. I used them years ago and Chase C. was also an amazing rep! It's obvious the service with them has not changed - I highly recommend using Texas Southwest if you are not already!”

“Taylor is always very responsive to my emails and maintains a good vendor relationship with us. She makes sure we are taken care of more than any other vendor we use at Skyhouse.”

“Sent an entire crew of spanish speaking ONLY men to my home. They were supposed to be putting flooring down in my kitchen and bathroom; yet, somehow, they tore off my wall paper in two areas and got, what looks like paint, on the upper pantry and bathroom doors. We could not communicate with any of them. I called the office concerning the language barrier and a Hispanic woman simply offered to translate, but was, otherwise, quite rude. To top it all off... My floors have scratches and the carpet on the bordering rooms are ruined where the tried to tuck the flooring strips under them. I wouldn't recommend this company to, absolutely, anyone.”

“Marco is the best! He’s very kind to our whole team. The flooring work they do is best to none. 🙌🏻”
