Talamantez Group LLC

Talamantez Group LLC runs tile and bathroom work out of Cibolo. The family-owned outfit handles bathroom remodels, custom tile showers, shower repairs and rebuilds, flooring installs, and dust-controlled tile removal. They also step in for water extraction, structural drying, and moisture checks after leaks or burst pipes. Ana lines up jobs and keeps owners updated while Eric leads the crew on site.

Homeowners call them to swap old tile floors for LVP, install master shower tile, replace tub and shower combos with new tile and fixtures, and fix water-damaged walls and floors. Crews pull out old tile over a thousand square feet at a time, level subfloors, and lay new material while covering furniture and using dust-free equipment. Teams listen to layout ideas, suggest changes that fit the space, and finish with even grout lines and clean edges.

Ana answers fast and puts quotes together quick. Eric and the crew show up on time each day, stay in budget, keep the house neat, and finish jobs early. They work through Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels, and nearby San Antonio areas. Owners get updates before, during, and after every step, and the crew leaves the place ready for paint or move-in.

Customers point to the clean sites, steady communication, and solid finished rooms as the main reasons they call back for more work.

“We chose Talamantez group to change our tile floor to LVP floor and we really love how it looks. They are very profesional, caring, and responsible. They removed our tile and took very good care of our house, covering everything and using a dust free system. We absolutely love our new floor.”

“After a few bids for master shower tile installation, we knew TG was the company we wanted to work with. Ana was prompt with her responses and coordination of work and helped us get the job going quickly and efficiently. Eric and his team came out and not only listened to us about how we wanted the finished project to look, but made professional recommendations that made sense for our space. The team was quick, efficient, clean and above all, polite and courteous. We would highly recommend TG and will be using them again for our second bathroom in a few months. Beautiful work!”

“Highly satisfied with the work that they have done for us. Ana, Eric and the entire crew goes above and beyond on getting it done on time and with excellent quality. From consulting and looking fot the right high quality material till installation, it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely work with them again on our future home rennovations.”

“We were searching for a company that could truly take our ideas and bring them to life, and we are so grateful we found Talamantez Group! Our master bathroom was a builder-grade 90s bathroom complete with an outdated shower/tub combo that we could not wait to get rid of. We wanted to maximize the space and completely elevate the look with beautiful tile, updated fixtures, and thoughtful design details. Before finding TG, we received several quotes from other companies, but many of those experiences felt more like a sales pitch. We often felt like companies were trying to sell us their products and designs rather than listening to what we actually envisioned for our space. Then we found Ana Marie and Eric, and everything was different! From the beginning, they listened to our ideas and worked with us to create a plan that fit our vision. One thing we especially appreciated was their flexibility. My husband and I were comfortable completing certain parts of the remodel ourselves, and they were willing to take on only the projects we needed help with. Their pricing was also fair and transparent. Their craftsmanship is truly top-notch. They did an excellent job throughout the entir”

“Talamantez group has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We had over 1000 sq ft of tile removed and had new tile installed. From the beginning, Ana was available to discuss options, help us settle on flooring that will be durable for our family of 7 and getting quotes put together quickly. We had them come and do the work while we were on vacation and they showed up exactly on time each day, were respectful of our home, VERY clean and were quick and efficient at getting the work done. I am blown away and will always recommend them to anyone needing remodeling work done. I am beyond thrilled with the finished project. Grout lines even and perfect, not one area that isnt level and perfect. Amazing and beautiful work!”

Ana and her team guided me in every step. She was very knowledgeable of every aspect of the project and very patient with me as I nervously worked my way through choosing everything. The team was very timely and so professional and always left the area neat. They kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my bathroom! Ana really heard what I wanted and Talamentez Group absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them for a remodel job! Im looking forward to having them do my kitchen one day!”

Ana was amazing — quick to respond, gave a fair estimate, and helped me stay within budget while offering great ideas. Eric and his crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and finished the job early! The results look incredible, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!”

“Recently we had the Talamantez group work with us on replacing a tub and tile job. They started on a Monday, demolished the tub, tile, toilet, and flooring. They replaced the tub, hardy back boards. Tuesday replaced the tile and Wednesday grout the tile and replaced the flooring. Fast, dust free as advertised, and so professional. It looks so good. They had the walls resurfaced and ready to paint. My husband and I took over because of budget constraints. I highly recommend them. They work with you so you can stay in budget.”

“I'd like to thank Ana Marie and Eric for the awesome job they did installing the new tile in the showers and on the floors of our primary and guest bathrooms. “We hired Talamantez Group after seeing they came highly recommended on Google. They did *not* disappoint. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING before and after in our master bathroom. They transformed our contractor bathroom into a spa-like retreat. We also had them install a pocket door. Ana Marie was a pleasure to work with, kept us in the loop on the whole process, and brought my vision to life. Eric’s professionalism on site was top notch. They are a great team. I HIGHLY recommend Talamantez Group for any remodeling.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with my new shower! The team removed my old tub and installed a beautiful wall‑to‑wall shower that completely transformed my bathroom. The workmanship is excellent, the design is clean and modern, and the attention to detail really shows. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted. I love the final result and couldn’t be happier with the upgrade!”

“Talamentez Flooring is the best! Their customer service can’t be beat. Ana was so patient as I had many questions. Their team guided us every step of the way. The quality workmanship is impeccable. We are so happy. Their pricing is fair and very detailed and transparent. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”

“This is the second time we hired the Talamantez group. The first time was a simple backsplash project for our kitchen, and they did a great job. So, we hired them again for a much bigger project, which was the full renovation of our bathroom as well a new flooring in our bedroom and repairs to our bedroom walls. This was after we experience an unfortunate leak in the walls behind our old shower. They were so helpful during this whole process. Not just with the obvious labor portion but as well as helping out with the finer details and I must say the result speak for themselves. Our new bathroom is amazing and the previous water damage has been fixed. We can't even tell there was ever any damage. Money well spent.”

“Talamantez Group were professional throughout, Ana Marie and Eric were down to earth and walked me through the process even with a few hiccups on my houses side they kept the ball rolling. I am very pleased with the outcome!”

“Talamantez Group truly is the best of the best. After a terrible experience with a previous bathroom remodel, we were hesitant to try again. But working with Ana and Eric completely restored our confidence. They showed up every day at the exact same time, stayed on schedule, and kept us informed before, during, and after the project. Their team was kind, respectful, and highly professional throughout the entire process. We’re thrilled with the results and will absolutely use them again for future remodels. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank YOU!”
