“I’m a repeat customer of FloorsEliteDFW! Kevin C. did such a great job on the flooring inside my home, I called him back for an outdoor project. I needed to replace some wood decking that was showing its age. Kevin and Khristine came right over for a consult. After listening to what I wanted, they coached me on selecting the right composite material for my project, and explained everything to the last detail. The provided a fair quote and the job started promptly. The work was done quickly by a professional crew and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Kevin was attentive and responsive through the whole process. If you need flooring inside or decking outside, I can recommend Kevin and Khristine! They are great!”

“Great team to work with! Kevin, Khristine, and Wilson were all extremely responsive and really put thought into making sure things were done right while balancing doing it in as timely a manner as possible. The whole team pointed out both issues as they arose as well as potential issues to be mindful of that I would not have noticed and quickly mitigated them to keep the project on schedule.”

“I was referred to Floors Elite by another contractor I've worked with on several occasions. Mr. Clement and his crew are fantastic to work with. Communication is clear and prompt. Our work was completed ahead of schedule and I am very pleased with the results. I plan to use them again for additional projects.”

“Kevin and his crew did an excellent job, was responsive to input from us, and completed the job in a timely manner. This is the second job that FloorsElite has done for us and we are pleased. We would use them again for our next project.”

“I am pleased to share my terrific experience with FloorsEliteDFW and its owner, Kevin Clement. He just completed a project at our home. He added new oak flooring and repaired existing oak flooring. His work was sheer perfection. A perfect match with my existing floor, great craftsmanship and finish, and a spic and span clean-up. His pricing was very reasonable. His crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Kevin was very hands-on and engaged with our project, even though we were one of several jobs he was working simultaneously. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the finished product. Great company to do business with!”

“We used Kevin to install vinyl flooring. The workers used were young girls and boys and lacked experience and it showed in their work. The flooring started deteriorating within two years. We contacted the manufacture rep who told us it was installation error both the manufacture and Kevin refused to work with us on replacing the flooring. We are now left with $15,000 plus a Flooring that will fail in the next couple of years and will need to be completely replaced would not recommend.”

“I enthusiastically endorse Kevin and Khristine at FloorsElite Dfw. My little home project required the work of an artist matching new wood floors with my existing and aged flooring. I found Keven to be prompt, informative and timely in all his efforts. The work zone and surrounding areas were cleaned and tidy after every days effort. I would give 6 stars if the rating were available. DBE”

“The idea of a full remodel of my home was incredibly daunting to me! Kevin provided his professional expertise, point of view and did an outstanding job explaining and walking me through the process. This was a large project of a 3 story townhome that included carpet removal, and installation of wood flooring, removal and replacement of backsplash in my kitchen, full remodel of my fireplace and garage floor refinish. Following is how I rate my experience: Expertise: Five starts for walking me through the process and making sure I felt comfortable. Explaining the products we were using and making the recommendations that best fit my budget and lifestyle. Quality: Kevin’s main focus throughout the entire process was on how to deliver the highest quality job. He consistently checked in on the progress and made sure I was feeling good about the quality throughout the project. Timing: This project was delivered at an incredibly fast pace without sacrificing quality. Customer Service: Kevin is very good at follow up, answering the phone/responding right away. His team was very professional and respectful. Given my consistent experience with the variety of work delivered I wo”

“We have hired FloorseliteDFW for two major projects one--replacing ~4500 sq ft of an assortment of carpet, tile, etc with high quality LVP, and a master bath retiling/expansion. Out of all the contractors I've worked with, I've enjoyed working with Kevin and Khristine the most. They are people of high integrity that always strive to do right by their clients. They look for ways to solve problems and come up with elegant design solutions. Most importantly, they are so responsive. I've never had to follow up; Kevin or Khristine proactively reached out throughout each project. Really can't recommend them enough.”

“I love what floorselitedfw did to my grandmother’s room. They did a phenomenal job renovating and selecting the perfect floor to match it with. They are very professional and gives the best advice. They really cared about us and help us in the best way possible. It has been one of the best decision we made hiring them as our contractor. Thank you again khristine and kevin.”

“Khristine and Kevin came to my home highly recommended and lived up to recommendations initially. As project winded down Khristine began meddling into our personal lives to the point of sabotaging that we couldn't communicate and the final pieces of the project were not complete. Lack of professionalism and would not recommend.”

“Floors Elite DFW is the best! They offer the best pricing in town and do wonderful work. Kevin the owner is great. He will communicate throughout and always be there to check on the work.”

“They have done every type of wood floor job for me including new floors, refinishing, repairing and replacing /matching. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and clean. Highly recommend!”
