Wallace Tile

Wallace Tile handles tile work as a contractor out of Converse, Texas. The business lists its address in nearby New Braunfels and takes on projects that include tile installation along with cantera stone work. Crews also handle carpet removal when those jobs come up, hauling away the old material and leaving nothing behind. The company runs with the same group of workers who have stayed on for years rather than bringing in new faces each time.

Customers describe carpet removal across three rooms where every scrap got loaded up and taken off the property, including the small tacks that often get left. Tile and cantera stone jobs come back with results that sit level and look finished without extra fixes needed. Reviewers point out that the same crew returns for later work, which keeps the quality steady from one visit to the next. These projects run on the schedule that gets set at the start, and the site stays clear once the day ends.

The crew keeps in touch during the job so homeowners know what comes next. They show up when they say they will and finish on the day promised. Cleanup happens as part of the work, not as an afterthought, and nothing gets left for the owner to handle later. Service stays local to the Converse area with the same people handling both small repairs and larger room changes.

Google shows a five-star mark even with no reviews attached to the listing. The topics that come up again are steady timing, clear talk about what will happen, and work that holds up without callbacks. The same workers appear across jobs that span many years, which keeps the results consistent.

“We've been using Wallace Tile since 2005 and they never disappoint! They are great at communication, timeliness, and cleaning up after themselves. They removed three rooms of carpet and took everything off property. Even down to the little bits of carpet tacks. All of his employees have been with him for a very long time because the crew that came and replaced the carpet was the same crew that did work in 2005. Great company and always on time!”

“They were extremely professional and their work was perfect. They finished on schedule and I will definitely use them again for any tile or cantera stone work. I couldn't recommend them higher.”
