“Buyer Beware: Deceptive Practices and Incomplete Work Please look closely before hiring this company. After a devastating experience, I discovered that their website is entirely fabricated: the physical address listed is unoccupied, and the portfolio photos are not of work they actually performed. I hired this contractor for a cabinet project and paid a substantial upfront deposit. Not only was the work never completed, but the execution was entirely unprofessional. The contractor showed up for just one hour, bringing an elderly relative and an untrained helper with zero cabinet-making experience. After taking my money and failing at every phase of the initial setup, he stopped answering my calls. This is an expensive scam—save your money and hire a legitimate professional.”

“Super satisfied with the job these guys did!! Had to replace all the countertops, sink, and cabinets, along with the back wall paneling on the outside. They not only rebuilt our kitchen, but they made it all look brand new! Can’t recommend these guys enough as they did phenomenal job. They were super professional and most certainly worked around our schedule with full time jobs. Also, the work lead was super responsive to text messages and always kept me in the loop on things happening.”

“If I could give ZERO I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW (1 star) I am writing this review to warn others before hiring Osvaldo. I hired Osvaldo to remodel my mother’s kitchen and the experience was extremely disappointing and costly. I paid for 42-inch cabinets, and without asking or informing me, he installed 36-inch cabinets instead. The vinyl flooring installation was poorly done—the cuts are uneven and jagged, with no straight lines along the edges. He removed the baseboards and never reinstalled them, despite repeated requests. He installed an undermount sink incorrectly, which has since fallen off, causing additional damage and expense. I now have to hire another contractor to fix his work. Plumbing was not completed until I repeatedly had to chase him to come back. On top of that, he told me he paid for a dishwasher that I sent him money for via Zelle. He never installed it, and it turns out it was never purchased. I had to pay for another dishwasher and pay someone else to install it. This experience was horrible, misrepresented, poor workmanship, and unfinished work. I would not recommend Osvaldo to anyone and strongly advise others to look elsewhere!”

“Let me start by saying I haven’t ever had an experience so mind boggling as the one I have had with this Co. After serveral months I still haven’t gotten over the very unsettling experience! We got Mr Alaniz originally to do 4 floating shelves for us in our kitchen. He did and they were as promised. No issues! So then when we decided to put a full large cabinet in our dinning room I contacted him again. Little did I know what I was headed for. After several months of going back and forth with style, color, size, and amount he would charge we agreed and ask him to do job. Our agreement was 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion. So I thought this would go forward. For the next several months it was delay after delay. I knew he had large jobs going on so I was patience. Finally, he texted me and said cabinet was done. He came and install cabinet. After over a month of waiting finally he scheduled the install. I was promised they would be in by Thanksgiving. Date came and he showed up. He got it placed on wall. I pointed out to him that there were issues with paint streaks or runs. He told me no problem he would fix. Then when installing the doors he figured out they were cu”

“Mr. Alaniz was truly the answer to a prayer. He helped design the kitchen cabinets to fit the available space and made numerous upgrade suggestions. His professional yet easy to get along with attitude made it a pleasure to do business with him. From the planning to the construction of the cabinets to the installation and finishing them, his workmanship was evident. “We live in Robstown our kitchen project has been never ending. I had to move into my parents work apartment with them in Houston since we don’t have a working kitchen. Not only have has it disrupted their life but now mine as well. My parents seem to think it’s because we live in a poorer community that the cabinet guy has no care in finishing.”

“I’ve used this company for rentals, fixer uppers, and my personal home. We get nothing but compliments about our homes. Usually home repairs can be extremely stressful or unreasonably expensive . I haven’t experienced either one during the 5 different homes we worked together on. All credit and respect is due for this business. Thanks again🙏”

“Not sure on the workmanship, waited for the appointment for 2 hours, no show, called as asked what happened and said they are not doing quotes for at least a month and they had tried reaching me. Don't make appointments if you are not going to show up.”
