We are very happy with their demeanor, their behavior, and the work they did. For the new apprentice, just a point of feedback, tell him to refrain from touching walls with his dirty hands. “After installation of laminate floring on April 2022 by DCM the laminate started buckling and many spots felt hollow when walking on it. Norma came the check it and dismissed it as normal for a floating floor. We kept complaining and then she filed a claim to the flooring mfg. An inspector came to inspect the work. Norma said that the material was faulty. My husband and I went to pick a different floor which costs us an additional $1,000. By this time it came to $$5,392.68. DCM employees tore up the existing floor to install the new one. We were never informed that the floor wasn't level. After a year, April 2023, of going back and forth the new floor was installed. Some fast drying paste was applied to some areas of the floor. The floor needs to be completely level, but isn't. We have the same problem with the existing floor. Norma came to look at it and kept insisting that it is normal for a floating floor. She refused to do anything about it. At first she told us that she would file a claim on our behalf and then refused. She gave us the number for a floor inspector if we wanted the inspection. That would have been another $450.00. We didn't have the inspection. Why wri”

“I am giving DCM Floors To Go 5 stars x 2, because I chose them 2 times in past year and half. First time to purchase carpet for 3 bedrooms in our vacation rental property. Sand from beach was my main concern that I shared. Norma assisted me with best type of carpet and color selection and both were perfect. Second time, hurricane Harvey damage our residence and had to be demolished, so we repaired and remodeled the above mentioned rental property that is now be our residence. I returned to DCM and once again with Norma’s guidance, I chose a beautiful vinyl laminate flooring to be installed in the entire house and tile for a new walk in shower. Customer service, product knowledge, installation & floor installers very professional and outstanding both times. I highly recommend DCM Floors To Go.”

“Was referred to company was very disappointed with the service. There is no communication. They couldn't install my carpet without down payment which i understand. I gave the deposit and scheduled them to come on a Friday around 1 and no show. I had to call and see where they were at and they had to call the worker to see where he was at. I scheduled another appointment and again no show. I called and they said the worker was at the shop with the material and can be on his way. Really? We couldn't get a call that they were running late being my appointment was at 12. I asked for a refund and all they said was sorry we drop the ball several times on this order sorry, and just continued on for asking my credit card number. They didn't even seem to care they lost a customer.”

“The carpet I had installed is very nice and they have decent prices. However, the installation of the carpet is terrible. They cut it too short and it now coming up at the edges. On the other end, they cut it to long and now it's folding over on the edges. It looks absolutely awful. I've called to get this situation rectified and they wanted to charge me for someone to come and fix it. Not happy at all with this company at the moment. If you can, choose someone else for your carpet needs.”

John at the store is NOT honest and upfront about the products they sell.After the product is purchased and picked up John discloses that there is a $100 shipping fee if more product is needed, this is whether you order 1 box or 100. The packaging of the vinyl plank flooring is so flimsy and cheap. Product very easily gets damaged and the sales rep for BELTWAY does NOT stand behind his product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! It is a total disappointment but there are plenty of flooring stores in Corpus Christi to shop from.”

“Horrible customer service. I had to follow up on a request for a quote that I had requested a month prior but had not received any call back to schedule. I went in to the store and they didn't have me in the system which means the first person I had worked with never even scheduled someone to take measurements. I told a store clerk I wasn't happy they dropped the ball and that I have been waiting for them to contact me. They really didn't care and never apologized. They did say they could schedule time to take measurements that day, which I agreed to but told them I was going to be shopping around due to the errors they have already made and to call me when they were on the way. She responded "If you are that unhappy with us then don't waste my time." Really.... Don't ever talk to a customer like that. You wasted a month of my time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BUYER BEWARE.
