Seaside Renovations Custom Tile & Flooring

Seaside Renovations Custom Tile & Flooring handles tile and flooring jobs from its base in Corpus Christi. Joel runs the operation and brings his crew out for installs of luxury vinyl plank, porcelain tile, wood flooring, and full bathroom setups that include custom showers with Schluter waterproofing systems. They also handle entryway work and patio tiling, plus additions like built-in niches for shower storage. One job covered roughly 800 square feet of LVT along with 150 square feet of bathroom tile and a 6 by 5 by 8 foot tiled shower. Another covered 2,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank plus porch tile.

Customers describe fixes for kitchens and bathrooms where old surfaces needed replacement, along with entryways, patios, and whole-home flooring swaps that mixed tile and wood. Joel and the crew finished one project in 10 days after other outfits had dragged the same scope out for two months with repeated mistakes. They added a niche during a tub-to-shower conversion and completed a laundry room floor on a follow-up request. Reviewers note the work stayed on schedule with no added charges and produced clean results that matched what was promised.

Joel and the team respond quickly when called, show up on time, and keep communication straightforward throughout each job. They operate in Corpus Christi and have taken work into Bee county when homeowners there needed help after struggling with closer options. The crew stays busy, so some customers mention waiting for an opening, but the work moves fast once started and stays professional from start to finish without drama.

“We have struggled to find qualified contractors in Bee county and luckily we found Seaside Renovations, Joel and his team came out and went straight to work. What had taken 2 months of trial and (many) ERRORS with local contractors only took 10 days to complete no drama no add-ons just work. In total ~800 sq ft of LVT and `150 sq ft of bathroom along with a 6'x5'x8' shower with tiles and Schluter waterproofing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.”

“Joel & his team are some of the most reliable, dedicated, and honest contractors we’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They laid about 2,000 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring for us and porcelain tile in our front porch without skipping a beat. I literally have NOTHING but good things to say about this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat. They stay busy for a reason. They’re THAT good! Don’t hire the guys that are readily available. Joel & his guys are worth the wait! If you don’t believe me, have him give you my number and we’ll set a time for you to come by and you can see for yourself! They’re a 5 out of 5 stars and I’m NOT easy to please! Did I mention my husband is a QC inspector for the DOD? Lord help anyone who comes to do ANY work around here! Lol! They needed NO correction or redo’s! That NEVER happens! Hire them and rest easy that the job will be well done!”

“Professional service and finished my job on time. Love the personal design in the shower and no more tub to step over. Owner suggested adding a niche for shower products, Love that feature.”
