“I highly recommend the team at Tukasa for home renovations. Our project manager was helpful and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process-planning to final inspections. They sell top brands for cabinets, countertops, etc that make the process even easier.”

From the beginning of my project (carpet replacement with tile in all bedrooms and office) to the end, Ms. Flores and her crew exhibited the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. Her knowledge in tile selection, personal home visits, and work crew oversight was excellent. She always knew what her crew was doing and kept up with them to stay on focus with the job. If you have a tile job in your future, request "Maria" and her installation crew. She has been installing tile for 20+ years, and she will get the job done correctly and on time. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of Tukasa's work.”

“Horrible service from the owner Vienna we special ordered some tile and we didn’t end up doing the project with the tile we selected from Tukasa and there was a special order that we never picked up so she said she would give us a refund but listen to this she charged a restocking fee for the tile that was already on her shelf. Our loss was about $3000.00 and she was greedy to charge a restocking fee for the tile that was already in her store on her shelf nobody had to move the tile. She had also agreed to take the unused tile and work with us on an exchange so we could reorder tile and be happy with our selection. We were good customers and purchased tile for other projects from her business. We will never shop at her store again. Very greedy business owner.”

“My husband and I went on a Saturday to view the tile selections. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and realized we would need more time. No one offered to schedule an appointment, or tell us that appointments are preferred. The following week I went to try and speak with someone and was told then that I should make an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and left. The day of, as I was heading to their location the owner contacted me and said she could not meet until 3 pm. I informed her that I wasn't able to make the appointment, to that she said that was her only time available and that I should seek another supplier since she was't able to help me. I realize that everyone has a schedule but if you're so busy that you can choose to be rude to potential customers and not try and accommodate their schedule or offer an apology then I don't need to spend my time in this establishment. Apparently, I'm not the only person who has experienced this customer service.”

“False Advertise on Facebook - seven dollars a square foot for granite remnants. I asked the price for finishing. the woman told me it depended on the piece. I’ve been shopping granite. I know it’s expensive but when I arrived at the show room, they said it would be $45 A square foot to finish and install. When I questioned the woman, she said oh that’s just somebody that we have posting on Facebook. When I went back to tell the woman on Facebook that it was false advertising, she blocked me. Horrible customer service”

“This is an amazing place to search for tile. Their options are endless. And the designers are so nice and helpful. I am buying a home in Corpus (a 1951 home) and am going to update some of the flooring (keeping original hardwood) and keeping with the vintage charm/style with the tile. You can find any style you want for your home at Tukasa Creations from vintage to French cottage country; modern farmhouse, contemporary/modern etc.”

“Terrible service and knowledge. Described what my flooring situation was and sold a product with basic installation instructions. Turns out those instructions were not even possible with the product. I asked for installation assistance (which I was willing to pay for), and my calls were never returned. The store manager was scheduled to come to my house twice but didn't show up and didn't call. Terrible business”

“So I went to tukasa for some leveling snacers and they didn’t have any at there store so she called to the store next door called datile to see if they had some so she could order them for me and she did but told me I would have to go pick them up so she charged me $80 per bag I needed 3 okay that’s fine I pay for it and I go pick up the snacers well I see a bag of snacers and it’s says $48…. So I call tukasa back and told them why did you charge me $80 a bag when it’s 48 over here and she said oh idk I don’t make the prices … very unprofessional then I went back to get a refund and I told her it’s $48 over and she had the audacity to tell me “who told you that” like girl the people you supposedly called you charged me almost 300 for what?!?!? Never going back and I don’t recommend going and if you do make sure they don’t overcharge you!!!”

Iris went beyond the call to work with a manufacturer on a defect discovered after shades and shutters were installed. We highly recommend Tukasa for your needs and Iris Segura in particular.”

“Great selection for floors and tiles you would expect to find in larger cities. Store is much bigger inside than it looks from outside. I have bought bath floor tiles, laminate flooring, and kitchen tile from Tukasa. Great prices too!”

“Last year I had some work done under my sink. Little over a month ago, I request to have the seal around the sink checked out. I kept going to Tukasa for an appointment and very time was told that it didn’t have anybody at this time and it wouldn’t have anybody available until November. This is the worst service I have received since arrived to Corpus.”

“Horrible service. Tukasa failed to keep their scheduled appointment with my tenants and tu casa didn't have the courtesy to contact me or my tenants. When I called to get the measurements they said they couldn't retrieve them because the salesman was out of the office. Horrible service, save your time and money by shopping somewhere else.”
