The remodels have given us fresh and updated spaces. Costs and supplies that we needed to provided were clearly identified at the start of the project. As the project progressed, they kept us updated and worked with us through any decision that needed to be made. We would recommend and use them again.”

The carpeted stairs were replaced with beautiful wood treads, a completed bathroom remodel with marble tiles on floor and shower, custom built-in bar area and built in desk/craft area converting an under utilized area of our upstairs; and conversion of a bonus space into a bedroom with a custom closet. In 2025, Davinson negotiated the best price to replace my roof (65 squares), dug the trench and coordinated the additional electrical/panel needed to install my Tesla charger. Davinson, Julio and Ivan have also repaired and replaced sprinklers, light fixtures, painted many rooms, replaced all my upstairs carpet, and anything else I’ve ever needed! “OMG. Wow. I simply could not be more aggrieved by Macgiver Company. On 12/2/21, Davinson visited my home and gave me a quote for $180 to move the ceiling fan in my media room forward by a few feet, patch the hole, texturize it, and paint it with our leftover paint. He said, however, that his men couldn't get to it until mid-January. Although waiting that long obviously wasn't appealing, I agreed due to his competitive price and the impressive (but false) reviews we had seen of his performance. In early January I texted him to ask where we were on his queue, but he didn't respond - I figured that he was simply very busy. Then, on 1/18/22 I called Davinson and he said that he hadn't responded because he was super busy with a big job, but that his men could make it here on 1/27/22 (today) at 9-9:30 AM to do the aforementioned work. I said "great! thanks!". Then, I called him on 1/26/22 (yesterday) to confirm and he said yes, his men would arrive on time to do the work. When today (1/27/22) at 10:15 AM his men still had not arrived, I called him to ask if everything was OK - Davinson didn't have the decency or integrity to answer, so he simply texted (and this is a verbatim quote) "Im ”
