“I wish there was a NEGATIVE star because they don’t deserve the star at all. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY. The number of follow ups, calls, messages cannot be countable and they DONT RESPOND period. Our builder went with this company so we had to install kitchen backsplash after we moved in with the same stone as kitchen island and we have been working with MIGUEL he initially said they have the stone and after we ordered the stone it isn’t matching with the island and they said the stone manufacturer doesn’t sell the same stone anymore. They was a price cut even though it wasn’t our fault but this guy didn’t do his work properly. They NEVER CARE for clients and they don’t even know the meaning of service stuck with these guys for almost 5 months. Its always us who needs to follow up endless calls and messages and we had to go to office since he doesn’t respond and he always convinces saying I am going to update by next week and then he disappears. They were supposed to install fireplace stone and its been 5 months and Miguel says all types of stories initially we thought it was real but later we realized it because there were so many excuses my wife is sick, i am on leav”

“Excellent company with great customer service, they took very good care of my wife in picking the granite for our home. She wanted a black and white motif for our kitchen and they found her the perfect stone Black Horse. They have very unique and beautiful stone at the showroom.”

“The granite countertops and island top in my new home were installed by Allied Stone through David Weekly Homes. The home is 3+ years old. The granite is releasing particles daily that feel like someone sprinkled sand on the surfaces. Every morning you can wipe up a collection of this grit. You can feel and see the pits that are forming on the surface as a result. Obviously there is a manufacturing defect in the production of these tops. The builder won’t touch it after a year and Allied won’t call me back after leaving several messages. Buyer beware. I have owned many homes with granite tops and have never experienced this “degradation” of the stone. It’s a shame end users unknowingly get stuck with defective products with apparently no product support on an obviously defective product.”

“Very slow to get back for my warranty cabinet door replacement and still waiting for several months to hear back on when my cabinet doors will be replaced. They have not finished my jobs and it has been now over 6+ months and sitting there in the dust bin and said they would investigate with no answer.”

They made my kitchen ugly by removing some cabinets but never came back to finish the project. I am left in the middle for months with ugly kitchen.
