Master Crafter Tile & Bath

Master Crafter Tile & Bath handles tile work along with bathroom and kitchen remodels out of Flower Mound, Texas. Andy Golden owns the company and leads the crews on jobs that include full bathroom updates, shower replacements, backsplash adjustments, countertop modifications, and tile repairs after plumbing fixes. The business lists two phone numbers and an address on Gaitland Circle, and it covers local projects in the area.

Homeowners call on the company for bathroom remodels where old fixtures get swapped for walk-in showers or doorless designs, plus fixes like sealing around support studs instead of major slab work. Crew members named Edwin, Alex, George, Hernando, and Darby show up on these jobs, handling details from extra ceiling lights to vanity backsplashes. Reviews note projects finished on schedule and within the original numbers, with crews keeping homes and families in mind during the work. One case saved a customer over two thousand dollars by avoiding unnecessary concrete removal around a toilet leak.

Andy often provides quotes the same day a call comes in and stays on site daily to answer questions and adjust plans. Crews arrive on time, including weekend days when needed, and keep communication steady about timing and costs. Pricing comes in lower than some competing bids while still using quality materials, and the team cleans up at the end of each day. Work stays focused on Flower Mound and nearby spots where customers need tile or remodel help.

The company holds a five-star Google rating across seventeen reviews. Recurring points include strong communication from Andy and the crew, fair pricing that beats other estimates, punctual arrivals, and solid results on bathroom updates that homeowners plan to repeat on other rooms.

“Andy and the team at Master Crafter were wonderful to work with. Andy was communicative and responsive throughout the project, and his crew was respectful of both our home and our family. They worked hard to keep everything on schedule and within budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We’re already planning to use them again when we update our other bathrooms. If anyone is looking for a contractor for a bathroom remodel, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to them. Before and after photos below!”

“Everyone. Andy and team…. AMAZING! Posting photos of our bathroom! The team, Edwin is fantastic. George brought our daughter a gift on day 2. Hernando loves our dog and she loves him back! Alex, amazing professional. Great quote, fair price, COMMUNICATION WAS FANTASTIC! I cannot recommend them enough! Doing our guest bath in a few years. They are doing it!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Andy at Master Crafter. From our very first conversation, it was clear that he takes immense pride in his work, and that pride is evident in every detail of my finished bathroom. I interviewed at least ten contractors before making my decision. In the end, he was the one I ultimately chose. What truly set him apart was not just his skill, but his deep understanding of my vision and specifications, both large and small. He listened carefully, understood the details, and never brushed off what mattered to me. Andy has an exceptional ability to “read” his clients. He immediately understood that I wanted an old-world style bathroom. He didn’t just acknowledge that—he brought it to life. His insight, creativity, and thoughtful suggestions transformed my ideas into something even more beautiful than I had imagined. He quite literally realized my dream. On top of all that, his pricing was exceptionally reasonable, especially given the level of craftsmanship, attention, and care that was ultimately delivered. The value was beyond impressive. Andy was very hands-on and professional. His communication was excellent throughout the project—my phone ”

“First of all, I love Master Crafter Tile & Bath! Andy and Alex are amazing! I’ll start by saying when I looked to do this remodel for my dad‘s bathroom I had a few companies that responded with similar and reasonable quotes… but I just really liked Andy. He seemed to be down to earth and honestly was the first one to reach out to me and was at my house on the same day giving a quote. Andy and Alex are fair priced, punctual, knowledgeable, clean (as clean as one can be during construction), respectful, creative and all-around great guys. They communicated everything (timing, cost, start, finish). They worked hard (even thru the weekend), stayed on schedule and they completed the project one day earlier than thought. How refreshing! Alex did a great job with his creativity in blending some of the floor material with the shower tile to break it up and give it some character. I appreciated his ideas. During the construction I was worried about our two fur babies, very curious cats. You know they get into everything. I was pleased as a pet owner, the crew made sure the cats did not escape. After I had paid and the project was essentially by definition done, but not 100%. I could’ve”

“The bid was substantially lower than others & I was hesitant, but I met with the owner, a vet, and was impressed with his straight forward answers and went with him. Andy, the owner, consulted with us throughout the remodel. In addition to the remodel, we had extra ceiling lights installed and, as can be seen in one set of photos below, where the previous owner had an out-of-place Greek column covering support studs, Andy recommended we just seal the area with drywall, which we did. My wife and I could not be happier. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner and we could not be more pleased with the final product. We highly recommend the company and now we are going to have them remodel our kitchen too.”

“I would like to thank Andy Golden, owner of Master Crafter Tile and Bath for the redesign of both my guest and half baths. It was a super job! He made suggests that made the entire project come together. Two examples were adding back splash on both vanities and going with a doorless walk in shower. His assistant, Darby, was always available with the right parts at the right time. Not only did they finish on time but within the project proposal. Thank you Andy and Darby…I love your work!!”

“Andy is a very friendly and respectful person. He was always taking care of our issues and was very dedicated to his team’s professional work. We will definitely ask for future projects!”

“Had an emergency need for my countertop to be modified to fit a new cooktop . Contacted Master Crafter Tile $ Bath and they actually fit me into their schedule at the last minute. Said they would be there at 9:30 Saturday morning and the doorbell rang at that exact time. They were in and out within 30 minutes with the kitchen area completely cleaned and the cooktop perfectly installed. I would highly recommend Master Crafter Tile & Bath. Great company, great staff and great work!”

“Master Crafter and Tile was very professional, friendly and always very easy to work with. Promptly communicated all appointments and details of the bathroom renovations. I do recommend and would use their services again.”

“Great company with great communication. They gave us a beautiful bathroom and were very kind and understanding throughout the process. They were also very willing to come back for a few things we needed help with after they were done! I would recommend to anyone needing work done in their home.”

“Andy and his team did an outstanding job, we are new to Texas and wanted a few things done to our new house, Andy beat other estimates. Friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional”

“Solid work on our bathroom remodels! Huge shoutout to Andy at Master Crafter for knocking out our two-bathroom renovation. Searched specifically for truly local and found Andy, a Flower Mound resident and parent. It was great having the owner right there alongside the crews; Andy stayed on top of every detail and kept us updated the entire time. It was clear from the start that all design and construction choices were made with quality in mind. Premium options were used throughout and he focused on doing things the right way so the results were a high end remodel vs what other contractors were bidding at much higher costs. Since both bathrooms are upstairs, we were holding off on renovations during the school year. However, Andy’s crew was professional, always on time, and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. Would highly recommend!”

“I had a plumber come out to check our toilet due to a leak. He told me all the tile around the toilet would have to be ripped out and the concrete slab would have to be ripped out down to the dirt. They could handle all the repairs except replacing the tile. So, in my efforts to find someone to replace the tile I contacted Andy Golden with Master Crafter Tile & Bath. I explained the situation to Andy and he arranged to have someone come and look at what was going on. Andy did not try to upsell me at all. Instead, he was very helpful and saved me well over $2000. It was totally unnecessary to rip out the tile or the concrete! He called back to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Master Crafter Tile & Bath. Their honesty and helpfulness is amazing.”

“Andy and his team at Master Crafter were amazing. They transformed our out of date bathroom and it looks absolutely amazing. Andy was at the house every day and very involved in the process. The work is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend!”

“Very pleased with the service performed by Master Crafter Tile & Bath. A very customer oriented company that delivered quality product. Great communication and support from Andy and his dedicated team. The service and quality was top notch. No need to look elsewhere for bath and tile projects. Special thanks to Darby for the guidance and advice throughout the project.”

“Earlier today, I searched for tile installers nearby, hoping to find someone who could cut an existing kitchen backsplash to accommodate a new, slightly taller over-the-range microwave. The request was time-sensitive, as a handyman was scheduled to come out within the next couple of days. After calling a few places, I connected with Andy from this business. He was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. After listening carefully to what I needed, he agreed to come out the same day. He initially explained that the cleanest solution would be to replace the tile rather than cut it in place, provided I had extra tiles. Even so, he showed up as promised and, despite the limitations, did an outstanding job with an impressively clean cut. What truly set Andy apart was his kindness. After learning about my daughter’s recent passing, he showed genuine empathy and refused to charge me for the work. Between the quality of his craftsmanship and his compassion, this experience absolutely deserves a five-star rating.”

“Andy and his team are wonderful to work with. They are respectful and very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Our bathroom looks amazing and is way more functional than it was. We will be enjoying our new bathroom for years to come.”

“We love our new shower! They removed our old shower and replaced it with an handicap easy access tiled shower. Excellent work. They came in far under the price given by the big companies. Honest, professional and friendly.”

“Master Crafter Tile & Bath did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. The team was professional, on time, and the price was very reasonable. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.”
