“I would not take the risk of using Distinctive Remodeling. Ted (the owner) did not respond to my email about a water leak that occurred within the 1 year warranty. If that is not bad enough, most of Ted’s crew do not have sufficient knowledge to do a good job. They installed faucets, baseboards, insulation, and exterior trim wrong or poorly. Worse yet, some of his crew tried to cover up things they didn’t do or things they did wrong. See the attached picture of their exterior trim work (left side of window). I had so many problems with their workmanship (they thought their trim work was fine) and I knew I was going to have new siding installed so I asked the siding people to fix Ted’s trim work. With that said, the cabinet crew and electricians did very good work.”
