“My initial inquiry was answered quickly, and my consultation was scheduled promptly. The consultation itself went well, and I was optimistic about moving forward. Unfortunately, things started to change once I signed the contract and paid my deposit. The communication and sense of urgency that impressed me in the beginning seemed to disappear. I was told I could cancel my contract up to a certain date, but after my experience trying to reach my service representative the morning of my installation, I honestly question how easy that process would have been. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did quality work. While I have noticed a few minor imperfections, nothing is significant enough for me to be unhappy with the flooring itself. However, one of the feet on my dresser was damaged while it was being moved during the installation. It’s now been over a week, and I’m still trying to get the issue resolved. I submitted photos as requested and was told I would receive a callback, but it’s now been two days with no follow-up. Overall, the workmanship was good, but customer service after the sale has been disappointing. The excellent communication and urgency shown”

They came in on a Friday morning and our whole house was done by Saturday lunch time. It was amazing and it looks so good! They ripped up our old carpet and put in vinyl planks. “I'm not going to lie we did get off to a rocky start due to scheduling issues I started to think I was getting scammed, but once that issue was cleared up and things started moving, I must tell you I am very impressed with my outcome! Everyone on my flooring team from my consultant (Didnora), to my customer service/scheduler (Amanda), to my installer (Hector), I could not have had a more professional group of people working with me! “From the initial sales visit, to the install, dealing with the warehouse personal, it was hands down the best experience we have ever had with a flooring company. We had an obstacle with the staircase matching the flooring. All hands were on deck and they had the issue resolved immediately and install done in a very timely manner. To say it looks amazing is an understatement. When and if we ever do flooring again, I will request the same install crew and personal we dealt with on our initial project. Initially salesman said it would take 10 days, after all said and done not even a full 3 days install was completed.”

“We went with Express flooring to have our upstairs and staircase done. We went with the lvp because it was waterproof and scratch resistant. We chose a wood grain gray color to compliment the flooring that was already downstairs. I can't say enough about Edil and his crew! They called to let me know they were on their way. Once here they were very professional and knowledge. They removed the old flooring including old tile in the bathroom. They took care of the old glue and uneven spots in the floor. They completed the job in a single day. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them!”
