“Signature Pavers just completed their 5th project for us and we're absolutely thrilled with it. We just replaced our wooden deck to match the pool deck, walkway, plant beds, and retaining wall they previously did for us. The deck had several challenges which included a build-in hot tub, an existing gazebo that was part of the wood deck that we wanted to keep, sloping terrain, and gutter drains and exhaust ventilation that had to be embedded. Previous projects dealt with significant drainage issues we had and were completely resolved. Signature jokes with me that I'm one of their toughest customers and I admit I'm picky. We also have made design changes mid-flight which were disruptive, but in all cases were accommodated without fuss. Even better, they suggested changes for aesthetic and functional reasons that resulted in a finished product better than we imagined or expected. Bret, Jerry, Caleb, and Angel are the best. I had a "rough" idea of what we wanted, but Jerry and the crew created an absolute masterpiece--much more beautiful than our original idea, but still well within budget. I figured it would take at least a month, but they were in, out, and cleaned up within a couple weeks. The crew was punctual, profession, polite, and worked their tails off. One thing I really appreciated was their suggestions about things I would never have thought of until it was too late...like installing access tubes under the walkways in case I want to add low voltage lighting later on, or if I need to redo the sprinklers, etc. They even tied the drain pipes from gutter downspouts together and ran them under the new patio so that the water wouldn't simply wash across the sitting area.
