Don't do that. A reputable source then recommended Town Square Floors to me. I tried them - and I am sure glad I did. They were very responsive in providing a bid and then installing flooring and tile. When our realtor walked in she immediately texted to say that the flooring was fantastic. Within 9 days of being on the market we received an offer! Overall a very positive experience both in quality and customer service.”

“I was referred by two previous customers. While our floors look good, the overall experience was not positive. The employees in the store are very friendly I will say. After the floors were finished we had grout on our walls, paint chips and dirt everywhere. While they offered to come clean, we attempted ourselves to clean the walls and paint instantly started to come off and no stains would come off with it. We attempted to discuss that we had to buy wall and trim paint where stains would not be washed off. We just wanted to get a small discount on the cost we spent but instead were accused rudely that we were trying to get out of paying all together. We did receive a discount but all while being extremely argumentative over the phone and not letting us explain this wasn’t just dirt on the walls but grout in the corners. Very happy to be finished with the experience but not happy to have to paint all the trim.”

“I recently replaced the carpet in my two bedrooms and closets with the same flooring I have in the rest of my home. The workers showed up on time and went right to work. I gave them some fruity seltzer water drinks and almost had to make them take a break! They were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job of laying the new floor and weaving it into the adjoining existing flooring. The manager came by to see that things were going well and brought some candy treats for me! They moved all of my furniture and replaced it all to same place they found it! The entire process of ordering (except for a bit of a delay) through installation was impressive. I highly recommend Town Square Floors!”
