ZRamirez Tile and Stone LLC

ZRamirez Tile and Stone LLC is a family-owned tile company based in Grand Prairie and run by Ingrid and Luis. Luis brings more than twenty years of experience setting tile and stone. They handle bathroom and shower remodels along with tile floors, backsplashes, stairs, fireplace surrounds, natural stone, marble, and both commercial and exterior tile jobs across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company started in 2021, carries general liability and workers compensation insurance, and provides a written one-year guarantee on labor and plumbing. They accept calls or texts for free quotes and speak both English and Spanish.

Customers have brought them in for master shower remodels where old leak damage was found and repaired before new tile went up. Other jobs included full bathroom wall tile replacement after an accident, kitchen backsplash installation that also fixed a loose vent hood, guest bath tile with a new sauna and jetted tub, a custom TV fireplace feature wall, front patio work with old Chicago brick, and back porch tile. Luis handled the cutting and fitting on tricky custom layouts while the crew kept the sites clean and finished each project to match the surrounding surfaces.

They respond to calls quickly, give estimates that fit budgets, and often start the next day or finish same-day on smaller jobs. Reviewers note they show up when promised, answer questions right away, and keep homeowners updated at every stage. Work covers the full DFW area with both residential and commercial projects, and one in four customers have hired them a second time. The owners stay on site to oversee details and make adjustments as needed.

All listed reviews give top marks for the finished tile work, clear communication, and fair pricing. Reviewers repeatedly mention the crew arriving on schedule, handling surprises like hidden damage without extra delays, and delivering results that look better than the original builder work.

“We are so happy with how our master shower turned out! It is honestly the most beautiful shower I could have imagined, and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished result. Ingrid and Luis were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They communicated with us every step of the way, answered our questions quickly, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. They showed up every day when they said they would and were always friendly, professional, and hardworking. Once the shower was demolished, they discovered damage from an old leak behind the walls. They took the time to make the necessary repairs before continuing, including replacing the boards that support the frameless glass shower door. The project ended up taking a little longer than originally expected because of the additional work that needed to be done, but we were grateful they took the time to make sure everything was done well. Knowing the work behind the walls was just as important to them as the finished shower gave us a lot of confidence. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. Every detail came together beautifully, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The finished shower exceeded our ”

“After experiencing an accident in my master bathroom shower, I contacted this business for what I thought was minor issue. However, it turned out to be a complete remodel of the shower tile wall! I was expecting a huge price tag for the work needing to be done, however I was surprised to receive an estimate that was completely in my budget. The owners wear very professional and personable. They arrived at the stated date and time and quickly worked to complete the job. I was beyond thrilled at the results, my new shower looks amazing and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this business for any tile work, I will certainly use them in the future!”

“I’m very pleased with their work. My kitchen has never had a backsplash since I moved into my house 20 years ago. I came across a tile at Lowe’s that I liked. I found ZRamirez on the Nextdoor app. So glad I contacted them! They do high quality work and even fixed my vent hood that was loose. I still need a few other projects done, but this alone gave my kitchen a whole new aesthetic.”

“I contacted several tile companies before starting this tile project. It can be hard to find good contractors. Once I contacted them, they gave me a reasonable price and were able to start the next day. I am very particular with my house and they did a great job on my TV fireplace feature wall. I will be hiring them again for another tiling project shortly as soon as I find the tile.”
