“Do not buy your carpet here, we bought carpet from the Atascocita location 4 years ago…. carpet began to separate from the padding, when we called floors for living they gave us the runaround and kept denying responsibility. Conway‘s knowledge of the brand, colors and the quality of the carpet was exceptional. He came to the house the next day to measure and discuss final details. “First off, let me start off by saying how awesome Mike is. My husband and I talked with at least 6 different flooring companies/contractors and Mike was without a doubt the greatest of them all. He is so kind and knowledgeable and made replacing all of the floors in our house stress free. Mike and the manager Ryan worked with our budget which we very much appreciated and they had the best pricing out of all the companies we had spoke to. He answers his phone and always available for any questions we have. He made the process so smooth from when we chose the tile we like, measuring all the rooms, and installing the floors. “Love love LOVE my new floors. We just replaced the carpet in the upstairs gameroom and tile in the upstairs bathrooms with LVP. The entire process was so easy that I can’t wait to redo my downstairs floors. Michael, our sales rep, was super responsive and friendly. He brought samples to our house so we could see them in place in the house lighting. He thoroughly reviewed the entire process from applying for financing to the installation. “We really were treated well the moment we stepped in the store. Keith was very helpful and we got the material in a week and change later, and had a quick install. It took less than 2 days to complete about 970 sq ft upstairs. We have cats and one of them was marking everywhere on our old nasty carpet. Once we got our water resistant laminate, the problem of smelling urine is gone. The darn cat still marks but cleanup is so easy. Can't recommend Floors for Living enough!”
