“We recently had Sivers and Sons complete work on the home we are selling. This construction company is top-notch! I cannot recommend them enough! I have a contrasting experience with a well-known, large construction company that did a poor job, with zero communication with us. In contrast, Jay updated me daily with the job progress, with videos and photos attached to allow me to actually see the progress. Additionally, Sivers and Sons completed the work very quickly! Even my neighbor texted me to ask for the information for this company because she saw them working hard from early morning to late in the evening. I contacted Jay on a weekend, expecting to leave a voicemail and hear back on Monday but I was surprised, he answered the call and scheduled Monday to bid out the job. His crew was done in 8 days, even with a holiday occurring in that span of time. The quality and attention to detail provided by Sivers and Sons was also great! “100% would recommend. I submitted on their website a quote request for a porch demolition and rebuild on Sunday afternoon, by Monday morning, I was already having phone conversations with Jay. That was something that impressed me the most during this whole process: communication. I never felt out of the loop! I expressed what my husband and I wanted and he delivered! All of the guys on his crew were skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful. Jay worked with me to build something beautiful and within our budget!! “Another excellent job done by Jay Sivers and team. We had our front door full furbished (sand, stain, door handle and lock). This was not an easy project as it was a fiberglass door and required extra efforts and attention to detail to ensure the wood grain and rustic look of the original door. Jay and his team were an extreme pleasure to interact with and remain in high communication and professionalism throughout. He exceeded in the timeframe to have completed and the value for the cost was very fair. Having this refurbished vs replaced saved some $$$, but also allowed not to have to wait 6-8 wks for new custom doors on backorder.
