“I have used DRG 3 times. I first time i went with DRG was 10 years ago for my kitchen and master bath renovation. I decided on them after receiving a few other quotes. Their price was the most reasonable and I felt I was always able to reach the project manager, and they were responsive. Then I used them again last year for the guest bath renovation and this year for flooring replacement due to water leak. They may not be perfect but, they are quick to fix any issues that came up. They are a small crew. The tile guy is good. He did great even when I have some complicated request and complicated patterned tiles.”

“Iris Garza and Dallas Remodeling Group were hired to come redo our master bath which included reframing for a smaller Jacuzzi tub, repairing wall and floor tiles, that another contractor had screwed up. We really liked Iris and the quality of the work she provided. She even went out with us to different tile manufacturers to help us pick out the tile, grout color ect. “We had new wood floors installed across the bottom half of the house. DRG was timely, courteous, and completed the project in the time they estimated. They also resurfaced our fireplace and its hearth and tiled a full and a half bath floor. But hold on ... there is more ... they also textured the walls in our dining room and then painted the walls after previous wall paper was removed. During the process, they had to re-level our living room prior to installing the wood floor. The products they used were of the highest quality and we are looking forward to having them back in the fall to replace carpet in the downstairs bedrooms. The only reason we have not done that yet is we are waiting for our youngest to graduate college and get her career launched. Iris worked with us in regards to loaning samples and setting the actual install date. She was great in getting her team to arrive promptly. “I hired Dallas remodeling group March 2020 to remodel my condominium near downtown Dallas. Understandably the renovation slowed down significantly by pandemic however once it started things still moved slowly but at least they moved forward.This all stopped once the cabinet installation began.Iris arranged for a Saúl to install the cabinets. Saúl arrived on first day (Tuesday)and stayed only about three hours during which time he removed the cabinets from the boxes and when I noticed he was making preparations to leave I asked him if he was going to install anything and he stated that on the first day he would only remove the cabinets from the boxes to make sure all of the cabinet pieces were there.Saúl assured me he would return the following day at 9o’clock to start installation of cabinets. Saúl Did not show up the following day at all, when I contacted Iris at about 3 PM she was not aware that Saúl had not shown up and that none of the cabinets had been installed.Saúl showed up the next day(Thursday) and installed the bathroom cabinets which were 2 IKEA cabinets which I constructed and he simply had to put them on the wall.Unfortunately he mishung the storage cabinet blocking ”
