“Absolute dumpster fire. If you want headaches, inconsistency, horrendous communication, and results that would look better if a blind toddler had completed them, then this place is for you. They originally completed our floors in October 2024.. here we are almost in April, and they FINALLY “completed” the corrections. Yet there’s still HIDEOUS caulking that needs addressed, and the stairs STILL aren’t fully done. I encourage you to take your business anywhere else. They’ve been the most stressful people to deal with. $25k for work that looks like it could have been done by damn snail.”

“Never again! We had to move out of our house while it was being remediated. Took advantage of the empty house and had floors replaced. Construction grade Tile taken out and new custom tile installed. Had fireplace surround redone and shower surround redone. Love the product WE chose and price was competitive. The install...I'll try to highlight. Crew was scheduled for 10 days. During the 10 days: left early several times, only 1 person working on house several days, went into our garage and used ladders and tools (items they didn't take they left out), the"finishing work"' was awful!! Dings and chips on walls, baseboards, doors. Grouts pooled up. Pictures speak volumes, just some of the issues. Had to contact the VP to get anything done. Most of issues fixed by my builder NOT Floors for Living.”

We called on December 15th of 2023, about this issue, and they sent an floor inspector on 8th of January. However, our flooring is still not fixed (it is now February 8, 2024.
