“We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Floor and Wall Design, owned by Mike and Carol, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The project was completed on time and on budget, with no surprises along the way. Their pricing was very fair—they weren't the lowest bid, but they also weren't the highest. In the end, the quality of their workmanship made them an excellent value. Mike and Carol were professional, honest, and easy to work with throughout the project. Their crew was courteous, skilled, and took pride in their work. Every aspect of the remodel was completed with great attention to detail and true professionalism. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers quality work, keeps their promises, and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend Floor and Wall Design. We love our beautiful new master bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Mike and his team did an amazing job with my flooring. Mike was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He provided and excellent competitive quote and his team delivered excellent work. His installation team was professional, very detailed oriented, kept the workspace clean and delivered an excellent levelled floor installation”

“Extremely happy with how my new bathroom turned out! The sink and shower are absolutely beautiful and I love the frosted shower doors. Mike and team were great to work with from start to finish. This is the 3rd project i've had with Floor & Wall Design, they redid my kitchen and fixed my garage drywall as well. My old bathroom looked like it was from the 80's with carpeted floors and peeling drywall paint. It was a disaster to say the least, and I cannot believe this is my bathroom now. They fixed everything and IT'S BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”

“I have been dealing with Mike and his company for quite a while now. He is amazing. His work is amazing and I’m getting ready to use him again for about 1200 ft.² of floor to be taken up and put down. Always willing to use your samples to take to your home so you could leave them and look at them. If there was a 10 star, I would give him 10 stars.”

“Mike, Carol, and all the people they employ were really great to work with and worked very hard to get the job done. We had 2 guest showers with cast iron tubs and outdated white tile. They transformed both showers into modern, sleek spaces that look great and have far greater functionality than before. Our family is very happy that we met Mike and Carol and look forward to doing more business with them in the future!”

“Mike and Carol were the best and easiest contractors to work with. Their team was very affordable, experienced, and professional! He had us a quote quickly, had us scheduled quickly, and completed the job on time as promised. Our new floors are beautiful and exactly what we imagined!”

“If I could give Mike and Carol 50,000 stars I would!!!! We recently had substantial structural repairs done to our home, that required practically every surface and wall inside if our home to be repaired &/or replaced. We contacted several companies for quotes, and many a few didn't even contact us back to finish the quotes probably due to the extensive amount of work that needed to be done or were absolutely astronomical in cost. Mike & Carol didn't bat an eye, and Mike even pointed out several things on other estimates that were missing that needed to be added to do the job RIGHT. They are so up front and transparent with their their quotes and pricing (not to mention the competitively priced!) and stand by the work. They went above and beyond and even opened an account with a new vendor to get the matching laminate that we were able to leave alone during the repair and extend it through the rest of our first floor, instead of telling us they couldn't get it and make us replace it all. Mike & Carol worked with us coordinating the crews around our schedules to complete the repairs in correct order to ensure we were able to move back into our house as soon as possible (we had”

“Andy and his team were amazing to work with! Great communication and always available when needed. We could not be happier with the outcome of our kitchen makeover. It’s exactly what I envisioned. The quality of the craftsmanship is top notch. Highly recommend Floor And Wall Design.”

“Our experience with Floor & Wall Design was fantastic. Our kitchen renovation met or exceeded all of our expectations. Mike, Carol and Andy were great to work with, delivering the highest quality product at a competitive and affordable price. Raul was meticulous in delivering a flawless installation. I highly recommend Floor & Wall Design!”

“I've been through many renovations since I moved to DFW and these guys were by far the best! Andy and his crew were always on time, polite, and professional. We hired them to complete our backsplash, which was nerve wracking for me considering this is our forever home. Thankfully Andy never pressured us and allowed us to take our time with the tile and grout selections. He even sent me pictures of tiles he thought we might like and let us hold on to samples for longer than we should have. We finally selected a tile that Andy had suggested in the beginning of the process. After selections were made Andy promptly put us on the schedule and our project was completed in a flash! On top of that, the backsplash is absolutely stunning! It's just an added bonus that the price was very reasonable!”

“Floor & Wall Design is a family owned business with great customer service. I enjoyed working with Mike and Carol on our bathroom redesign and remodel. The bath remodel was a total success and beyond our expectations.”

“We cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with everyone at this company. The quality of work is absolutely amazing. Andy was able to work with us within our budget and now we have a brand new beautiful house because of him and his team. We were so happy with how well the communication was throughout every little part of our renovation. It was truly a joy to talk to Andy and his team on any questions or concerns we had throughout our whole renovation process. We cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who wants any type of home remodel/renovations. These guys can do it all! It's extremely hard to find good people in this industry who genuinely care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. This company far exceeded our expectations. We remodeled our entire kitchen, tile floors, bathrooms, countertops, vanities, rugs, master shower, laundry room, and all sinks. EVERYTHING WAS 10/10. We feel so lucky and are so thankful for everything they did for us. Thank you SO MUCH Andy for the incredible job and for being so lovely throughout the entire process!!! We can't wait to use your company again for any future upgrades we may have!”

“Great products, great prices and awesome customer service. Mike and his crew did an excellent job flooring my house. Mike always followed up the installation work and make sure we are satisfied with the results. I will contact Floor & Wall Design for the 2nd part of my project.”

“Mike did an amazing job with our flooring! He removed the builder-installed carpet and tiles, carefully leveled the surface, and applied leveller and membrane where needed. Mike went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and that we were completely satisfied with the results. His pricing was very reasonable, and we truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Mike for any of your flooring or remodeling needs — you will be highly satisfied!”

“I had a great experience working with Floor and Wall Design. They responded to my initial request for an estimate within 24 hours, and came out to take measurements the next day. Andy got me the written quote very quickly and their prices were more than reasonable for the amount of work I wanted done. Although they had some suggestions for me in terms of design, I never felt pressured to pick out any materials that were going to be over my budget. Their remodeling team works very hard and they did a great job. I really appreciated that Andy was super responsive anytime I had a question, and he checked in regularly on the work being done on my house. The remodel is so, so pretty and I feel like I have a whole new house!”

“Our family had an outstanding experience working with Mike and Carol from Floor & Wall Design over the last few months. The projects included the complete redesign and renovation of 3 bathrooms that included a master bathroom and closet. They were hands on from beginning to end with the quote process, design help, work scheduling and nearly daily follow up on any questions or concerns. Mike and Carol were extremely professional, knowledgeable and brought us top grade contractors to complete our projects. There were opportunities during the projects to make design changes that improved the final product that was received well and supported by their team. We highly recommend Floor & Wall design for any home renovation project you may be considering in the future. Can’t over emphasize how their team was a joy to work with and we could not imagine the projects and finished work looking exactly or even better than envisioned.”

“Floor & Wall Design replaced my counter tops and installed a new back splash, which I love. The owners are easy to work with and friendly, providing a wide variety of choices. They were able to work with our variable schedule and install relatively quickly. They keep a close eye on the work being performed and do checks after the work is installed to ensure quality, which is critical to me. The people they have doing installation are kind and respectful on top of the competence which I consider table stakes. I would gladly work with Floor & Wall Design again! ***Update*** Since we had a great experience, we had Floor & Wall Design replace floors in two bathrooms and install a brand new shower. Once again outstanding service and excellent subcontractors. We had a small leak from the shower about 8 months after and they give a lifetime warranty and quickly got out to our house and repaired the very small issue with no cost and minimal issues. Any large project I would trust to them knowing they'll get it right and if there are any issues they'll fix it quickly and well.”

“We used Floor & Wall Design to update our Kitchen. We had a two-tier island that we wanted cut off and enlarged the island replacing our outdated granite with updated quartz. They also replaced the granite and backsplash around the stove area, a large bar area and two smaller areas around the oven and fridge. They even did some extra electrical work for a very fair price. They did a fantastic job, starting with sending us an estimate when they said they would - only 2 of the 5 companies sent estimates when they said they would and a couple of the companies never even followed up at all. Mike and Carol were very professional every step of the way and their workers were definitely top-notch. We would use Floor & Wall Design again for any home renovation project!”

“Great experience. Master bathroom remodel performed in a short amount of time. They have great contractors that show up on time and work very hard to get the project completed. Mike is great at assisting with coming up with design that you will appreciate long after the project is done. I have recommended them to several co-workers and neighbors. They remodeled our kitchen in 2019 and it turned out exactly as we wanted. Mike and Carol are great to work with and their contractors are very good at what they do, are always on time, and perform the work quickly. We will use them for future projects around the house.”

“We've been looking for a contractor for many years who can help us remodel our master's bath in an affordable budget. Floor and Wall Design was recommended by our friend and we immediately scheduled an appointment with them. Mike and Carol are very easy to work with as well as their team! I felt like we’re a family. :-) Our master's bath has been transformed to what we are are dreaming of in such a great affordable price and they also completed the project ahead of the schedule! :-) The whole team is very professional and attentive to what we are requesting them to do. They are the persons whom you can trust your home with. :-) We will definitely call them again for the future projects in our house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
