Due to time limitations and incoming bad weather, I decided to quickly negotiate a fair price, which he was able to do, despite being extremely busy with weather/supply chain scheduling difficulties outside his control. When a major post foundation work plumbing fix was delayed, that was also outside his control, but we adapted and overcame with excellent communication. We worked with Paul and his limited available workers due to difficulties mentioned above to ensure everyone was on the same page and they delivered.
