Leftwich Chapman

Leftwich Chapman operates a flooring and tile business in Lubbock, Texas. They stock and install carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic and porcelain tile, vinyl and area rugs while also handling lighting for homes and remodeling jobs. Locally owned, the outfit works with staff such as Jo Chapman who manages flooring selections and oversight, Jason who assists with lighting choices, and others including Jeff, Rachel, Hallie and Betty who guide customers through product picks and project steps.

Homeowners describe jobs that range from replacing old wood floors with LVP to laying new tile in pantries and backsplashes, switching entire homes from carpet to tile, and installing fresh carpet or vinyl throughout living spaces. Reviewers note Jeff visited sites multiple times to check progress and sent photos during LVP work, Hallie recommended tile sizes that fit the layout exactly, Rachel helped narrow options for a backsplash without pressure, and Betty sorted vinyl orders while canceling unwanted marble items on the spot.

The crew measures rooms accurately, arrives when promised, cleans up at the end of each day and explains the full timeline before starting. Staff stays in touch through the job, treats properties with care and works across Lubbock County on both small and larger flooring or lighting projects during regular business hours.

Reviews rate the company at five stars and repeatedly mention helpful product suggestions, on-time courteous installs and staff who follow through from first visit to final walkthrough.

“From the moment I walked into the store I knew I was at the right place. The customer service was excellent! Jeff was our salesman and gave us several recommendations on replacing our existing wood floors. We chose LVP flooring. The contractors they used were the absolute best I’ve seen. They were all professional and very good at their skill. Jeff (salesman) was on the job site several times making sure the job was done to his satisfaction. He sent me updates and photos through the process. I’ve used a competitor in the past and didn’t receive this level of service. Jeff made the entire process seamless and the quality was outstanding. Ask for Jeff, and I guarantee he will take good care of you. They do carpet, wood, LVP, and other flooring. If there was a 6th star on this review I would give it to them. Again, Jeff was outstanding and easy to deal with.”

“Rachel was very helpful with helping me pick tile for a walk in pantry backsplash. She was patient and understood what look i was trying to achieve. She helped with suggestions and never made me feel rushed. In fact everyone there was encouraging and helpful when they saw what direction of tile I was looking for. I appreciate all the help I received. What I found was exactly what I wanted.”

Hallie was so helpful and attentive from selection to installation. She made some recommendations regarding tile size and placement that were all spot on!! The installation was great as well. They arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up after each work day. The tile installation is perfect. Thanks to Hallie and installers for a stress free transition from carpet to tile.”
