One Touch Ceramics

One Touch Ceramics runs tile work out of Lubbock, TX. Marcus leads the crew and they handle ceramic floors along with backsplashes, vinyl and laminate floors, shower surrounds, and accent walls. The same crew steps in for full bathroom remodels, upgrades to existing spaces, and new construction projects. Their Google profile lists them as a flooring contractor and tile contractor, and the business maintains a claimed profile with those categories.

Homeowners call them in when showers need complete remodels or when new flooring has to go down across multiple rooms. One customer brought them back a second time after the first shower turned out well, this time for a guest bathroom and fresh floor installation. Another had the crew cover ceramic floors, backsplashes, vinyl and laminate, shower surrounds, and accent walls during a remodel. A third customer ended up with bathroom tile that looked good after the work finished. Reviewers note the crew also took care of jobs for people referred by the first customer.

The crew shows up on time for every job and keeps a steady pace that finishes faster than other contractors the customers had contacted. Communication stays straightforward, and the service stays professional from start to finish. Marcus and the rest of the crew stay willing to work through the full list of tasks without pushing extra delays. All of this happens in Lubbock and covers the tile and flooring needs that come up in homes there.

Three reviews sit on record for the company, every one of them five stars. The same points come up each time: clean tile results, steady on-time performance, and service that handles both the main job and any follow-up work without issues.

“We had One Touch Ceramics remodel the shower in our bathroom and loved it so much we ended up having them come back to remodel the shower in our guest bathroom and put down new flooring. Top notch, professional service and the work was completed faster than another other contractor we spoke to. Would definitely recommend this company for any tile/remodel needs.”
