“I worked with Winder Flooring a few years ago for my home and had such a great experience with the quality of their workmanship that when another need came up I wanted to use them! I knew that I would get a great product. Audra is very good about communicating which products are working well and why they like to use them. For this specific project there was a little miscommunication about the timeline and when the project could be completed. In the end though the result was 100% worth the wait. We used darker flooring for this project so we did have a little caulk show up post project. Audra was amazing, she came to the house, and worked on getting all the spots up. She provided us with the product she uses in case we ran into anymore issues. We couldn't be happier with how the floors came out.”

I had water damage from a faulty water line and so this was going to be 90% insurance work, but I still wanted the best outcome for my money, as well as my insurance company. It was the best decision I've made in a long while. “We were a client of Winder Flooring a month ago- Audra Winder unfortunately is just in sales and never saw the final outcome of the flooring and how things were left in the building. She did however stop responding after our money went through. I had to reach out to the person who referred me to her multiple times. Two weeks before closing on a commercial space , Audra Winder, myself and my realtor walked through a fully furnished building that was going to stay furnished, since the Dr. was retiring. Audra knew the facts and then measured the flooring. She forgot to put the moving of the furniture in the bid which upset her husband. The team came in to remove the trim a week before the flooring would be put in and her husband proceeded to have an attitude about the furniture. Once removing the trim, they did not say anything about an issue with putting in the flooring or trim. The next week and later than when the project was supposed to start, Audra tells me there’s water damage in the building that needs fixed. The water damage was only in 10 percent of the building of an almost 2,000 sq ft space with 11 rooms. I asked her why her husband didn’t say anything while trim was being ”

“A friend of mine had used Winder Flooring, so I thought I would talk with Audra Winder about installing vinyl plank flooring in my home. She was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they could remove my existing ceramic tile and carpet and install the vinyl planks very easily. Audra guided me through the process of picking out the flooring, meeting me at a flooring store twice to help me with my decision. She told me they would start on Monday, September 11, at 8 AM, and she and her crew arrived promptly at 8! Audra told me it would take 2 1/2 days to remove the old ceramic tile and carpet and install the new flooring. She was right! Her crew was finished by noon that Wednesday! Her crew was amazing. They quickly removed the old flooring (cleaning up the mess) and started installing the vinyl planks. They were very polite and kept me informed as to what they were doing. This included trimming the doors, moving the heavy furniture, and installing new baseboards that matched the existing paneling and kitchen cabinets. “Absolute Nightmare: Significant Delays, Unfinished Job, and Unprofessional Conduct (1/5 Stars) We hired Widner Flooring for a flooring installation in our new commercial office space, and the experience was truly disastrous. This company failed on every key metric and caused a significant negative impact on our business operations. The primary issue was the extreme failure to meet the promised timeline. The project was consistently and significantly delayed, which directly resulted in missing our critical office move-in date. This delay has cost us considerable time and money. The root cause of these delays appears to be a profound lack of professionalism and work ethic. On one morning, a crew member was observed sitting in their vehicle in the parking lot on their phone for nearly an hour and a half during scheduled working hours, actively avoiding the job. Unsurprisingly, the job was ultimately left unfinished. “Jeremy and Audra Winder, along with their crew did a great job on our floor. Our entire (approx. 1,400 sq. ft.) luxury vinyl plank floor was a total failure because of ineffective glue and installation. Life got very real when we first heard this news. But Audra explained it to us in a firm reassuring manner. We were guided in selecting all aspects of a new floor-we chose tile. Next we moved into a rented home for 2 weeks. The Winders did a super efficient job of demolition and installation, including providing the plumber who removed/replaced the toilets and a sink. They also referred us to a cleaning service who did a post-construction detailed cleaning of our house and recommended that we change our HVAC filters often for a while. We were very impressed with the Winders' whole approach to the job. It was as honest, professional and comprehensive as you will ever find anywhere for any kind of work.
