Fallow Construction

Fallow Construction takes on tile work from their spot in Magnolia, Texas. They operate as a general contracting company that covers Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring and nearby spots. The work covers construction jobs, new developments, homeowners association maintenance, pipeline services and emergency services. The owner description lists these areas and services directly, with a focus on handling the full build process from start to finish.

Homeowners have brought them in for patio extensions and outdoor sheds. The crews managed the design side, kept the crews organized on site and checked every detail until the work met the mark. Reviewers named Tiffany, Alpha, Richard and Zachary all noted how the projects stayed on schedule and came out better than expected, with the teams handling every step in a straightforward way. The same points come up about the crews staying on top of the small items that make the whole job hold together.

The company gets calls returned the same day and keeps every exchange short and direct. Project managers stay reachable for questions at any point, and the work wraps up when promised without extra delays. They serve the listed towns around Magnolia and take on the range of construction, maintenance and emergency jobs that show up in the profile. No specific hours or rates get mentioned in the reviews or owner notes, but the pattern is quick action and clear updates throughout.
