“I had a very disappointing experience with Franklin Perez. When I called regarding service, I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner, including being cursed at during the conversation. Regardless of the situation, I believe customers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable using this service again.”
