Integrity Renovations

Integrity Renovations handles tile work in McKinney, Texas. Alex leads the company, which also takes on kitchen and bathroom remodeling along with flooring installation. The business maintains a profile that lists additional capabilities in carpet installation, countertops, painting, and cabinet work. It operates as a claimed general contractor serving Frisco and surrounding areas.

Customers describe tile replacement jobs along with hardwood extensions that match existing floors exactly. Alex and his team handled carpet removal in offices and bedrooms to install engineered flooring in a single day instead of the expected two. They replaced over five thousand square feet of flooring throughout houses while keeping carpet in select bedrooms. Other projects included upstairs bathroom remodels, painting large sections of homes, and plumbing work in guest bathrooms. Reviewers noted the crew helped move heavy items, completed work without major disruptions, and left spaces clean each day.

Alex provides quotes upfront so invoices match expectations exactly. The team responds quickly to questions, stays on schedule even under time pressure, and communicates clearly throughout each project. Crew members arrive when promised, work in a professional manner, and restore rooms to their original state before leaving. Service covers Frisco and nearby locations with availability for follow-up phases on prior jobs.

Reviewers give the company a five-star rating across more than a dozen accounts. Common points include quality results on flooring and tile, thorough cleanup, honest communication, and crews that remain considerate of the rest of the house.

“I'd like to give a shout out to Alex, with Integrity Renovations. We have worked with Alex on a couple of projects with great results that we were very happy with, both new hardwood and tile. The crew was very considerate of our time and the rest of the house. They were on time, on budget and always available to answer questions. Great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to refer them to my friends.”

“Integrity Renovations is wonderful! They did such a beautiful job on our renovations. Extending our hardwoods and matching it perfectly was just one of the items they completed for us. Alex and his team are responsive, professional, always in a good mood and their quality is top notch. I could not ask for a better experience, in fact we are about to start our next phase with Alex! I would recommend them to anyone and do! :)”

“Integrity Renovations did a fantastic job replacing the carpet from our office and master bedroom to the same engineered flooring every where else. We thought it was going to take 2 days but they did it in 1 day. They helped us move the heavy stuff out of the rooms, cleaned up the rooms well, and put back our stuff. Alex was very upfront with his quotes, so no shock at all when we got our invoice. Best of all Alex communicated well. Alex and his main flooring guy Omar and team were a pleasure to work with.”

“We had a great experience with Integrity Renovations! We replaced our tile and carpet throughout our house, replacing with wide plank wood floors. We decided to keep carpet in some of the bedrooms and had Integrity Renovations replace that as well. I was most concerned about the wood floors but have to tell you Alex and his team were fantastic start to finish. We were replacing over 5,000 sqf of flooring so aside from the quality was worried about the disruption a project like this might entail. However, Alex was so easy to work with and his team completed the job without any major disruptions and as for quality, they did a fantastic job. We are really happy we discovered Integrity Renovations and would encourage anyone looking to replace flooring to use them for the job.”

“Integrity Renovations did an amazing job from start to finish. The owner, Alex, walked us through our options, was responsive to questions and once we were ready to get the work done, was able to schedule the job quickly as we were under a time crunch. His crew showed up on time, were very professional, and did an amazing job. When they left at the end of the day, the house was clean and put back exactly as it was before they started! I will definitely be using them again for any future flooring or remodeling needs.”

“Alex is wonderful. Really can't say enough great things about his work. He replaced our carpet with wood floors, and painted a large portion of our house. All went great. His crews were here when he said they would be here, and took really good care of the house. He was really easy to get a hold of as well.”

“Integrity Renovations did such an amazing job with my remodel. The owner Alex and his team are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and transparent with the process. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The customer service was exceptional. I am so happy to have found Alex and his team. Finally, a GC I can trust and have peace of mind during the process.”

“Integrity Renovations replaced my floors, upstairs and downstairs. Alex was very insightful and was able to envision and make suggestions for things that I hadn’t thought of or realized. He kindly and honestly answered ALL of my many questions. They were professional, thorough and very hard working. Stayed right on track and communicated clearly with us during the entire process. They were honest and kind. They helped my mother carry in groceries and waved good bye to her everyday as they left. We could not be any happier with the results. The floors are beautiful! Thank you, Alex!”

“We highly recommend Integrity Renovations. We’ve hired them for two separate renovations on our house and were thrilled with the results each time. Alex and his team are professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and honest - absolutely fantastic. House renovations can be stressful but they stayed on schedule and were transparent and communicative throughout the process. We will definitely be using Integrity Renovations again!”
