Anderson Tile Sales

Anderson Tile Sales runs a tile operation with showrooms in Midland and Odessa. They stock tile along with carpet hardwood and other flooring materials and customers visit the Midland location at 1703 S Midkiff Rd to look over samples. Dawson works with people on selections and the business keeps inventory on hand for standard and some harder to find items.

Reviewers describe coming in for bathroom tile projects and needing help matching pieces like bull nose. Dawson located discontinued tile from the warehouse and sold it at a good price while another customer got assistance choosing tile for both bathrooms across the two stores. Some asked about custom work when they could not find what they wanted online and left with options after staff walked them through the displays.

The two stores serve the Midland and Odessa area and customers note the staff stays attentive during visits. Dawson offered to drive between locations to pick up extra pieces and the Midland showroom stays clean with plenty of organized samples. Pricing gets described as fair and the crew helps with design choices while people browse.

Feedback centers on staff knowledge and selection with most reviews giving five stars for helpful service and prices though a few mention problems with returned calls on special orders. The Google rating sits at 4.3 across the listed reviews that highlight the same points about staff and tile options.

“I actually came into this tile store by accident while looking for a business next door, but I’m really glad I did. The gentleman who greeted me (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely helpful and kind enough to personally walk me over and point me in the right direction. That level of customer service really stood out. Their showroom also looked great—clean, well organized, and full of beautiful tile options. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I need tile in the future.”

“Love Anderson Tile Sales! They were really attentive in helping us pick out tile for both bathrooms. We went to both stores in Odessa and Midland and they were great. Dawsen was awesome at the Midland store helping us with tile for master bath and helping us find additional bull nose, even offering to drive to Odessa to pick it up. Great service and prices. You guys rock!”
